Mine was an incredibly tricky loan scenario /​financial history; so convoluted, in fact, that it made «getting a loan» UNDOABLE by a gaggle of other mortgage brokers.
Lenny Spangler and his team at Sav-​More ultimately found a package that worked for me. But, most impressive is that they persevered despite a number of rejections.
Prior to my introduction to Lenny, I’d worked with others for almost a year and had given up hope. But Lenny and the Sav-​More Sav-​iors stayed in it with me; not only securing a Lender but presenting a package we could afford.
