Pronto Pizza

love this Pizza always fresh and great taste, better than Little C. Also the Wings are amazing and at good price. my fave is Meatlovers pizza. little more expensive but worth it… will recommend this place to any pizza lover.

Cheap and good in a pinch but not that flavorful and pretty greasy. The people in there most of the time aren’t very welcoming either. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because it’s convenient because it’s super close to my house

When ever we are on this side of town we stop by Pronto Pizza for a pepperoni pizza. It’s very convenient when you just want to eat a pizza that all it takes it’s to stop by, walk in & walk out. The pizzas are always ready. The price is great. I recommend Pronto Pizza.

Never pronto, never hot and ready. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes, I would go to a «made to order» pizza establishment. Every time we come, we wait a minimum of 10 minutes. And we order «whatever kind of pizza that you have ready.»
Tonight we did have super courteous service though, so an extra star for that!

Worst customer service ever i wont be going back the girl working there took for ever to take my order and it seemed like she didnt even want to be there definitely staying with Little Ceasers

I usually love this prontos, today I got 2 pizzas to go and bread stick, the girl at the counter looked like she did not want to be there, she looked all dirty, I could tell that the guy that was working with her was mad at her for some reason, I could hear him telling her to help him, she kept saying yes I’ll go right now, i could tell that he was frustrated with her, it took about 20 min to get my pizza, she had said it would only take 5 min, the pizza tasted nasty for some reason, I was really disappointed by today’s experience with prontos, I hope that they fix that soon, I would hate for this place to be losing customers,

20x better than little Cesar, great customer service. Pizza is amazing and an all around great atmosphere. They don’t skimp on the pepperonis

The pizza is delicious but a couple of the things that I didn’t like was one they charged me extra to put season on my pizza like the cheesy bread the. I order bread sticks and when I got my order and was ready to leave asked if I could have the garlic sauce instead of the marinara sauce they told me I couldn’t even though they have a sign that says that they sell either of those sauces on the side for the same price I was disappointed :/

This place is good. Simple enough. They are much better than the chain pizza places in the area at a fraction of the cost. They offer cheese and pepperoni pizza ready to go but you are also welcome to build your own and wait a little longer. I have never had bad service here but have noticed that the employees seem to be stressed out due to short staffing at busy times. I’ve also noticed that particular customers yelling at these employees does not help the situation. But aside from that you can expect a well made pizza well worth the price!

I can’t believe that the guy who worked the counter rejected my kid paying for my pizza for me, while I am within sight of the store from the car. I just had back surgery, silly me to think that I could send my totally capable kid to pick up some pizzas. The guy working the counter sent him back for my Driver’s License and then rejected that and my card and told him I have to come in to sign the receipt. And then the machine they used didn’t even require my signature because I didn’t spend enough money to require it. I’ve been a Pronto customer for YEARS, and I have never been treated so rudely before. It took 20 minutes to make two pizzas and wings, and then I got to watch the guy that works there toss the ranch in the box and tell me that he «guarentees» I will be asked to come in to sign in the future. Sorry dude, you can’t guarantee it if I won’t come back to your store.

I will say that the great thing about this place is that its cheap and pretty good. However, today while I was in there ordering a pizza I was very disgusted by the cashier. He kept going back and forth between taking orders and collecting cash, and making the pizzas. I saw him counting back money to a customer and then directly go over to the pizza counter to help make the pizzas. When he was finished making the pizza he would return to the register while wiping his hands on his dirty t-​shirt. Not once did he wash his hands in between handling money and handling food. Bleh…

This location NEVER has pizza ready anymore. I used to be able to walk in, pay for a pizza, and leave right away. But that is just way too much to ask.
Each time now, the cute little Latina always says, «I’m sorry but since we are under-​staffed, any orders will take at least 20 minutes, sorry.»
Not sure if the owner is aware of this, but he is losing customers and bleeding $$$ left and right, as this place is completely mis-​managed. (Or un-​managed)
We’ve been going to a more prompt pizza destination now.
