I love Roundtable. Like LOVE. I won’t eat any other pizza. But this place has forgotten to bring the extra sauces I ordered a couple times and has a $ 25 minimum for delivery. What kind of pizza place has a delivery minimum that high? That’s all sorts of ridiculous.

DONOTEATHERE! They have poor customer service and the pizza is marginal. The owner/manager does not stand by his product. We ordered a pizza to go and when we got home, it was undercooked and tasted horrible. We called to complain and were told that our name would be put«on the wall» so that our next pizza would be free. When we came in to redeem our pizza, there was no record of our complaint and the owner/manager would not honor our word. Basically, he called us liars.

Went again recently. Like I said, I can’t resist the garlic chicken pizza. Still a very young staff that spends most of the time in the back giggling and playing grab ass. And, not surprisingly, no one from the store bothers to read their reviews and bothered to comment on the burnt pizza I got during my first review.

Round Table use to make my favorite pizza. Not anymore. First, they are twice as expensive as anyone else in town. Second, the crust is partially crunch(the edge) and partially soggy(in the middle). Even Pizza Hut can manage to cook their thin crust cardboard better than Round Table. Third, the toppings. Yes, all the toppings were there… a clump of black olives here, a clump of mushrooms there, heavy meat here and light meat there. F**k! Take five more seconds and spread the toppings around! There were hardly any patrons in the store and yet it was obvious they«rushed it» or plain just didn’t give a damn. I give up. At one point in my life, if I was on death row, I would have wanted the King Arthur Supreme as my last meal… now I’d say I was fasting and just shoot me now.

I’ve been going to round table pizza for decades. They aren’t easy to find. But the pizza is always great and worth every penny. However, tonight as I was waiting a few minutes(5 – 10 min) for my carry out order I noticed this is place is newer. Problem was, They had five tables filled with dirty trash and plates! If I was eating here I would have been pissed. They seemed to have anyone to bus tables. Inexcusable for a new place. Clean up your act Round Table!

so i had a craving for their crispy pepperoni and bacon pizza on thin crust. walked in and placed the order and was ready in 15 minutes. I can see what people are saying about the burnt crust, however mine was okay. however i do feel the pizza at this location is not as refined as other locations of RT i’ve eaten at. 3 stars it is for me.

Not impressed. Best part was the thick ass dough and crack Pepsi. Man it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Round Table, probably 7 years before this location moved from the original one across the street behind Applebee’s. Overall the flavor of the pizza was good but $ 29 for small pieces(for a large) and for half the toppings to fall off when I tried to eat it seems a bit steep. Ingredients were fresh though. Then we ordered a personal size and I almost laughed at how cute and little it was. Looked like a kid’s plastic toy from his food kitchen. The girl at the register was friendly but the girl who dropped our pizza off was not. The place was clean. The whole experience was just weird. Very hit and miss. Probably wouldn’t come back. Way too many other pizza spots for a lot more reasonable prices.

People need jobs and if someone doesn’t want hers at Round Table, she should give it up for someone who does. If this Round Table wants to survive, the people at the register should be nicer to the customers. This is true all year round but especially at Christmas time.

Round Table is a sad story of how a company was great and has been falling ever since. RT has been around since 1959 but really took off in the 70’s &80’s. The founder sold his interest in 79′ & that’s when it started falling downward. Most stores, like this one, are franchises & that’s part of the problem. The franchisee isn’t held to a higher standard and they employ teens to take care of everything while they sit back and collect. I laughed when I read other reviews regarding the teens that work there. It’s true, nothing but teens and they spend most of their time in the back socializing instead of providing great service. I love the Chicken Garlic pizza and it’s the only reason I come to this RT at all. However, on my last order I called it in for pick up. A teen answered and put me on hold(no surprise). The on hold noise was the most obnoxious busy tone I think I have ever heard. If my cell phone didn’t indicate I was still on the call I would have hung up because I thought we were disconnected. Also, when I got this pizza home it was slightly burnt. WTF? How do you burn a pizza that goes through an auto oven? For the most part the biggest problem is TEENS, TEENS, and MORETEENS. Please hire a responsible adult manager to oversee the restaurant.

Pizza is good, but service could use some help. This is my second time here. Today is 12/6, they only have one person working the front and she could use some help. Pizzas are left in the open aired warmer and if there is a line of people waiting to order, your food may become cold as the customers ordering take priority. I got to the restaurant 5 minutes early to pick up. I saw my pizza sit in that warmer for an extra 10 minutes as they almost gave my pizza to someone else and in the process smashed a couple of slices when that customer denied it was theirs. 5 more minutes went by and they tried to give me that same pizza. The other reviews seem to be real regarding service. Disappointing.

Worst customer service with the manager! I ordered online and for 30 minutes they couldn’t find my orders had a prof on my phone but wasn’t on there end. The girls were very kind but the owner/manager was ridiculous he is money hungry for sure its like he wouldn’t give me or make my pizza until he saw payment I showed him and it wasn’t good enough since it wasn’t showing on his end I walked out after waiting 30 minutes and no pizza. Pretty much waste of my time.

I’m going to keep this short and simple. This place likes to rip you off, 7 bucks for a personal pizza and thats only 4 pieces of pizza and you have the audacity to charge another 7 dollars for 2 extra slices. At the time I should have been smart and get 2 personals for the same price and I would have had 8 slices of pizza. I would rather spend my money at pieology 8 bucks for unlimited toppings.

Environment: Its smaller than other round table pizzas tend to be. I tend to think of them as big like a Shakeys, but it was around the size of a subway sandwich shop. It did seem to be run by teenagers though. It wasnt busy at all and the staff leaves you alone. They seemed to gather together and chat about parties. I didn’t need help but it didn’t look the most professional. At least do work while you chat. The booths themselves were a little sticky, which could have been taken care of by the teenage staff. Food: Tasted like you expect a chain pizza shop to taste. The food was fine. Round table in general is pretty good, but this particular one was just ok.

I don’t often do a review but had couple complaints about this location. After we walked into the door for the lunch special, we stood in front of the register for close to 5 min. We were turning to leave when a lady came out to ring us up for the pizza/salad special. The pizza was decent and the salad bar was good. It just seemed the staff were really preoccupied. It was nice that they wished us a good day as we left.

After we ordered, I read the past reviews, and I wanted to run out. I’m glad I didn’t. The pizza was delicious and hot! The customer service wasn’t stellar, it’s a bunch of teenagers, but it wasn’t awful. The location was clean and well maintained. We will be back, I’m glad I stayed.

I would give zero stars if I could. Owner is extremely rude! We have had them deliver to our house before multiple times. Now the owner says we are out of range and will not deliver to us. Not sure what changed.

Horrible customer service, horrible pizza and horrible drivers. Ordered one medium pizza and breadsticks for $ 28. Took almost 2 hours to be delivered. They called after an hour and a half to say it would still be another 20 min. Then I had to ask them to discount it. I’ll never order from this dump again.

Just stopped in for a small snack. We ended up with wings, garlic bread, and bottled Dos Equis for under $ 20. The wings were nice and had a simple, classic flavor and the garlic bread was buttery and perfectly toasted. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality from such a large chain restaurant.

Menu states 12oz Kids Drinks. I ask for three of them and two medium drinks. I get handed three medium(16oz) cups and two large. I say«are those kids cups?» and get told yes. They were mediums and I got charged for mediums and larges. Weights and measures laws don’t apply at Round Table??? I asked for a medium and a personal pizza. Both got upsized also. Pizza doesn’t taste so good when you got charged 25% more than you should have and also lied to by staff. Being slightly burned doesn’t help either. There are no booster seats in this restaurant. Trying to corral small children that are too big for the provided child seats and need boosters isn’t «family focused» The staff needs correct training and equipment needs to be obtained in line with the targeted family audience.

Wonderful pizza and delivery has been fast. Those are the positives. Pricey(even with coupons) and there’s a woman that answers the phone that tends to be(how can put this delicately) painfully stupid. It took over ten minutes to order last time and I had to repeat myself several times. I’ve had to deal with her a couple of times when I’ve called. Girlfriend needs a job in the back talking to pizzas and not the customers.

Great brand new location! I love the Buffalo and BBQ wings here. King Arthur Supreme and Maui Zaui pizzas were very good. We ordered a Gourmet Veggie pizza for the vegetarian in our party, and it was surprisingly delicious with garlic bread crust. Good place for a casual lunch or party, conveniently next to Target store.

First time I called here they were out of ingredients and said that they were no longer doing pizza orders. A few days later ordered a pizza for delivery staff was friendly and pizza arrived within 30 min only cost 2.75 for delivery which is cheaper than most pizza places. The pizza itself looked decent crust was slightly burned and had that burned taste to it, it tasted kind of off not like a normal round table pizza, the sauce im not sure if it was off or what? Pretty greasy for a round table pizza. The bottom of the pizza was actually not even fully cooked like completely white like soft when the pizzas I have had always had that slight crunch to them. I think I may be sticking to the brea location or another location for my round table needs
