Chick-fil-A

There is no point for This location to have a mobile pick up. Just go through the drive thru or dine in and order. They don’t know how to manage the mobile pick up they ignored my order for 10 minutes. This management will need to re evaluate how to utilize the pick up if they want to utilize it. Go to the Brea or Buena Park location where they are more friendly and don’t look miserable as the workers in this location.

Got order wrong multiple times; first at drive thru attendant, second at drive thru window when we realized they first got it wrong, and once again when we went inside to fix the order they had screwed up. Gave up at the last attempt, couldn’t wait any longer for them to get it right. Order was simple; 2 deluxe sandwich meals, apparently too difficult to create. Business was slow inside and associates were seen socializing and «kicking back» & drive thru had picked up after we left. Unacceptable practices and behaviors, would have understood if it was busy. Was not rude or demanding any time they screwed up, maybe next time I should be an asshole, they might actually get the order right.

Poor customer service tonight was in line forever which I don’t mind but I wasn’t every asked about condiments and these nuggets are dry on the inside and oily and look like they have say for hours disappointed is an under statement.

Great healthy food with great and polite staff… what’s there not to like!

We love chik fil A! This was the first time with Mommy and the munchkins 15, 12, 12, and 5 going to a Chik fil A since moving to California.
The restaurant was pretty spacious, neat, and very clean. We were served very quickly. Our waitress, Debbie Johnson, went above and beyond! She even offered to give the boys ice cream cones, and, since the little princess cannot have anything milk, she gave her own Apple! Customer service at its finest.

–1 star for not having a Play Place. Everyone knows every kid comes to Chick-​fil-​A for the play place. We will be back tho. :-)

I wanted to say that the person that took care of us, Debbie Johnson, is the best server, we have ever had at any fast food restaurant and/​or upscale fast food restaurant.
The service at Chick Fil A is usually very good to begin with, but Debbie was better than many servers we have had at Full Service Restaurants let alone fast food ones.
Our hats off to her and hope her manager or the owner of this Chick Fil A will appreciate what a wonderful ambassador she is for the franchise!

Always love coming here. Maria is the best comforting, caring individual in the whole Chick-​fil-​a company. She is always accommodating to everyone. From the first day that the La Habra location opened she has been here and very friendly and genuine. Tonight the whole May the 4^th be with you night was a blast. The manager that was here tonight was not accommodating. We were told this morning that the May the 4^th shirts will be available after 5:00. We were also told since it was my sons birthday his meal would be free. When we came tonight we were charged for it and the manager offered to send me a be our guest card. What is that? I wanted a refund and was told that I could not get it. This did not ruin my night. I had a great time. Nor do I want anything else for free. Simply what was told and that’s that. We love this chick-​fil-​a and will always come. For The food and Maria.

The Food at Chick-​fil-​A is always fresh and what you expect from them, Great stuff! What I don’t understand is where they find the people who work there! ALWAYS courteous, polite and wanting to go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience! I mean Ive been to many restaurants where they offer to refill your drink but how often are you at a fast food place when a teenage kid asks you if he can «refresh your beverage»!!! Its crazy how awesome the service is and can only imagine how tough the interview process must be to get such high caliber employees. Chick-​fil-​A is THE gold standard of fast food! HIGHEST RECOMENDATION!

Slow service if you’re dinning inn. A horrible humming sound in the seating area. My least favorite OC location.
I was given the wrong order and the girl started to argue with me! That I ordered that! Yikes not nice! I go to all Orange County locations and never have issues.

I like the humor in the «Eat Chikin» cow commercials. However, I have not eaten at Chick-​Fil-​A in many a year. Quite honestly, I don’t even remember when/​what I ate here the last time. It might not have been this decade.

I love this place!
Food: I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and they’re all so amazing! My favorites are the nuggets and combo #2! I get 30 pieces every time. The reason why I love their sandwiches is because they are not dry! I love the flavors. I actually feel full and satisfied after eating one sandwich.
Service: I was so impressed when I saw the guy manager behind the register taking orders and out on the floor cleaning up after customers. He was making rounds asking everyone if we needed anything else and refilling drinks. It’s RARE to see any managers actually helping at other fast food chains. This was very refreshing. Plus, all the employees actually smile and are very friendly. I love everything about this place! Even though this is not so close to my home, I don’t mind making the drive.

The food is always fresh here and the service is always great. I suggest trying their Asian chicken salad or the original chicken sandwich and also a strawberry shake.

This restaurant was crowded, I don’t know why people love it so much. The food was okay, and it is rather expensive for just burgers and chicken tenders. Not coming back any time soon. Service was good.

Very fortunate that this place is close to where we live. Among all fast food chains, CFA ranks among the top for quality and taste. The chicken is unlike the junk and hormone injected chickens that you get from other places. So it is relatively healthier.
I love the fact that there are a plethora of selections of sauces. Nothing can beat the bbq sauce here. I also like the honey mustard and Polynesian. The sauce is what enhances the sandwiches and the fries. Really makes the entire experience restaurant quality. So it’s unlike your average fast food place, it is a much better quality foodwise.
Highly recommend CFA. I don’t usually review fast food chains. This is the exception. If one must have fast food, CFA is the place to go.

The Polynesian sauce with the waffle fries are 100. They also have great customer service. I love this location! It really is fast food but it doesn’t make you hate yourself after, ya know? I got the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and I was in and out of the to go line in a matter of minutes. Oh the joy of not waiting. Anyways like their logo says, eat more chicken!

Chocolate chunk Cookie
Enough amazing words of probably already been said about this delectable delight. I got one today and it was reminding me of the Chevy logo like a rock. I told them as much and asked if I could get a softer cookie and they obliged. Amazing customer service for something as seemingly insignificant as one cookie. Chick-​fil-​a rocks

If I could give 6 stars I would! This establishment, beyond its tasty food had the NICEST customer service I have ever encountered.
At Chick Fil A restaurants, I know that people have come to expect smiles, delivery of their food and offers for refills on their drinks, but the total cheerfulness of all the employees here today was exemplary! One (Debbie) even walked my wife and daughter to our car upon realizing we didn’t have an umbrella for the rain! When was the last time a fast food establishment, let alone any restaurant, had an employee do that for you?
Food — you know what you’re getting here — all white chicken meat fried or grilled how you like it. Our family of 3 ate about ²⁄₃ of a 30 piece chicken nugget bowl and some sauces and fries.
Well done Chick Fil A on this establishment!

I’ve been here multiple times and have yet to experience a problem.
The service is always great. Friendly, attentive, and efficient.
The food is always on point. Taste is great, portions are right, best sauces + sauce variety from any Fast food chain, and menu is big enough to spice things up every time.
Price is right for the sandwiches and sides. Their salads run a little steep though; $ 8.50 — $ 9.00 (no drink).
I no longer get chicken sandwiches from anywhere else thanks to Chick Fil A. My go-​to chicken sandwich joint used to be Wendy’s. I’m also a big fan of their courtesy mints. Always grab one for now and one for the road.

:) I’m so glad it came to California! How are your buns so soft and how is your chicken so juicy?! I don’t understand. This is one of the few fast foods I don’t mind eating. :) OH and you get a variety of sauces to go with your burger. What more could you possibly ask for? Waffle fries? Oh wait they have those too. :) AHA I’m just a huge fan of this place. Your food is tasty. Your workers say «my pleasure» after everything. It’s clean and they bring you your food. How great is that? There’s not much more to say about this place. It’s just good okay?
