I came here thinking it was still Krazy drum. When I first walked in I was surprised by the interior lights and how modern it looked compared to the old school feel of Krazy drum. It looked pretty nice inside and its still a Korean bar so I decided to check it out. It’s was empty when we came in but since it was a Monday night we didn’t think much of it. The waiter gave us menus and told us all beers are $ 5 and soju is buy 2 get one free. We ordered corn cheese which was decent. Probably on the average side. If it was put in front of me I would eat it. Then I ordered chicken wings… Big mistake! The batter was super thick, the sauce was a weird combo of salsa, ketchup, and hot sauce, the meat itself was nasty. It tasted like it was soaked for a week in lime juice. Even the tap water had too much lemon. There was lemon pulp floating in the glass. Since we couldn’t eat the wings we ordered dduk bbog gi(not sure of the spelling). I don’t know what to say… It had no flavor but was extremely spicy… It was super spicy for no reason… So then we thought we should just order fries… You can never go wrong with French fries… Turned out they didn’t have fries. The best thing I ate there were the store bought pretzels. The bathroom was dirty too. Inside the toilet bowl was black from mold and the seat hinges were broken. I’d recommend coming here if you just feel like drinking… I go to Korean bars so I can eat some good food too. The look of this place is nice but they need to focus on more than looks. I might give this place another chance sometime in the far future when they fix what they need to fix.

Oh my I can’t believe I forgot to write a review of this wonderful gem. I came here for my 26th birthday and I didn’t remember much, which means I had an AWESOME time! We came on a Wednesday and there wasn’t many people(probably because normal/responsible people do not drink on a work day lol). From what I do remember, the food was amazing… everything my group ordered was delicious. We got the garlic shrimp noodles, cajun shrimp wraps, vegan latkes, bacon wrapped candied pineapples, stuffed jalapenos, and the tangy shrimp ceviche. Yes I know we we ordered a lot, but this was a dinner/let’s get drunk birthday party. They had a special happening, I’m not sure if it’s still going on, but it was get 1 taste and 1 bottle of soju for $ 20 or 2 taste and 2 bottles of soju for $ 45. That is how I ended up getting tipsy… for every item we ordered we ordered a bottle of soju. For those of you who do not know what soju is, it’s a Korean vodka and don’t be tricked… you may not feel it right away, but pace yourself, unlike what I did, or else you will be drunk. The atmosphere is amazing! I love the décor it’s so modern and definitely isn’t your typical Korean bar. Actually, I wouldn’t even call this a Korean bar… more of an Asian fusion bar?! They also have a large projection screen and when I was there the Lakers game was on(GOLAKERS!) I will definitely come here again(even though I’m embarassed from how I may have acted on my birthday… SORRYSTAFFANDOWNER!!!) but hey it’s my birthday and I’m supposed to act a fool right?! Check this place out you WILLNOTBEDISAPPOINTED!!! SUPPORTYOURLOCALBARSPEOPLE! **I know on weekdays they close at midnight, but I’m not sure about the weekends nor when they open(i’m assuming at 6 hence the name 6 o’clock)** NOTE: don’t be fooled by the«taste menu» a lot of the items are large enough to make you full! HAPPYHOUR: daily from 6 – 9 buy 1 beer get 1 beer free

This place is cool. I think it can be the best gem within three miles if they do it right. Huge opportunity here– the bar is small but doable.

CANNOTBELIEVETHISUSEDTOBETHEINFAMOUSKRAZYDRUM!!! Okay, I must admit I went to Krazy drum like it was my second home. I live in Brea and there isn’t really a «CHILL» place to kick it unless you’re willing to spend $$$ at yardhouse or BWW. ehhh Don’t be surprised… or actually BESURPRISED this place is totally something new they changed the décor, menu & ambiance. Krazy drum is dead. haha When we went for the soft opening I was quite disappointed because it wasn’t like before it was totally something new but 6o’clock I hope you do well haha They have a good amount of beer selections for a Korean-owned place and the décor is beyond nice it’s seriously loungeyy. The neon pink and blue lights with the HUGE screen playing music videos which did not go with the music playing.(HMMM…) hahha The foods are finger foods and people get this out of your head it’s not KOREAN! Nothing on the menu can be categorized as korean… except the soju cocktails. We tried: cajun shrimp wraps: Delicious! Not spicy and the shrimps were a good size with decent sized endives? lettuce? garlic shrimp noodles: MUSTGETTHIS!!! OMG this one was sooo delicious! Yes, it’s a bit fatty but it’s just sooo good. Mixed with the noodles they have deep fried garlic which adds great flavor. smoked salmon wraps: I’m a sucker for smoked salmon so I had to get these and they made my taste buds happy! The sauce. it was dark so I tried to «taste» what it was but it was creamy.(I obviously had a little too much to drink). We also got the soju cocktails but… they were a fail and no i’m not an alcoholic it just tasted like juice and if you try to drink it faster you got a BIGBIGBIG brain freeze haha They serve you nachos and salsa and they refill it for you without making a frown! Wonderful! haha I gotta admit this place isn’t cheap the appetizers start at around $ 8 and go up to $ 20 …but the portions aren’t really«APPETIZERS» it’s kind of big portioned. They have some interesting stuff on the menu! This is only my first review so there’s a lot more to come. The place isn’t really casual though… I feel like you can’t go here just wearing your work clothes or sweats, you just have to be a little bit dressed up? Not looking like you just rolled out of bed. The servers are real nice and they are very sweet! I think the manager? guy. he was real chill too haha I don’t know how to describe this place but I don’t want to compare it to whole bunch of other places so just give it a go! P. S. Happy hour from 6 – 9 All beers $ 5 and buy one get one free! DAYUMM! Oh the last time I went they weren’t accepting cards but… maybe they do now? don’t know so take cash yall!
