if your looking for over priced watered down drinks this is your place ! i had about 6 drinks and didnt even get a buzz. the drinks are terrible barley any alcohol at all!!!

Ordered a pitcher of Stella while we were at the bowling alley. It was obviously stale. Did not taste like Stella at all. Took it back to the bartender and she refused to get us something else and told us we were liars. Horrible experience. We asked if she would just give us something else since we brought back the whole pitcher pretty much. Said no. Just wanted to have a good time :(

Cool local bowling alley with totally reasonable prices. When we got there on a Sunday around 3PM, it was popping but quiet. The music machine said it was broken but about an hour later someone finally turned on some music. Tried to get bumpers be we suck at bowling but they are limited to children ten and under – not a huge deal, it builds character lol. My family and I had a great time!

We went here yesterday because every bar we could think of would be packed for the Super Bowl and we just wanted a quiet beer. We figured a bowling alley stood the best chance of not being crowded and we were right. Outside of one large-​ish group it wasn’t crowded at all. What we didn’t count on was how incredibly awesome this bar is.
From a sign on the wall the place opened in 1960, and it still rocks a swanky 60’s décor. But not in a shabby way; it looks like it’s been lovingly kept up the whole time. It probably has been, since I understand the whole bowling alley is still owned and operated by the family that built it.
It blows my mind that the 13^th Frame doesn’t have more reviews. It’s been voted best dive bar by the OC Weekly, and it occasionally has live music. Would you believe the Angry Samoans played here?
There’s a ton of parking because bowling alley. Furthermore the drinks are cheap and they have some good microbrews on tap.
Possibly the coolest bar in OC.

I only patronize this location once a month but your bartender «Jen» really makes it a pleasure!
She has a wonderful wit that makes my visits so enjoyable.
She’s a treasure!

The 13^th frame is the grooviest dive! It’s the place to be for watching the game drinking beer and having some popcorn! The bowling alley is groovy too! The. Awesome dude at the bar pops a mean popcorn Come support this local bar!!! Not many places like it left
