They are slow!!!
I got here at 9 when they opened. And all I needed was a oil change. They quoted me a time of… all day. Like really? They take in more cars than they can handle. They don’t seem to try to work fast. They have 10 bays, 2 workers. Makes no sense.

Horrible horrible service. A quote time of 90 minutes to fix a flat turned into four and a half hours and when I went to retrieve my car after not hearing from them they had my car in a bay with the hood open! I was there for a flat tire which they never even fixed!

I took my car recently into this location because I had run over a nail and my tire obviously needed repairing. So I took it to the location on South Congress and they tried to repair it but told me that they couldn’t fix it and that a new tire would cost $ 400 so I went to the location on Ben White and they told me they could put a tire on but that they didn’t have anything in stock. Both employees I dealt with at this location were super helpful and to the man that worked here, I did try the mint in my coffee thing and it was great. Anyway they told me that the location in Kyle had the tire in stock and that they would call ahead for me that way the location in Kyle would be expecting me. So I drove there and I’m unsure of the man’s name that helped me but he went above and beyond. He was able to patch the original flat (He said that the SoCo location had messed up the patch job) and saved me from having to buy a new tire. On top of that he also didn’t charge me for the patch job. Now I know that if I ever have any tire problems one of these two locations will be my first stop.
