Couldn’t be more disappointed with this company. We just built a dealership on IH-​35. I contracted with Kenny to build a fence and perimeter.
They told me they would start construction in 7 – 10 days and complete the project four days after beginning. That was a bold faced lie. They „started“ after three weeks, and barely got anything done. I am now 20 WEEKS into the project and they’re still not finished.
To make it worse, the quality of their install is TERRIBLE. I am ashamed of the fence they built.
And finally, I concur with the other reviews. They tried to get me to pay the remaining sum before they finished the project. Well, I’m not doing it.

Please don’t use this company they will promise you the world and lie to your face. They buy all materials from china at pennies on the dollar. They also do not pay employees. Think twice please

WORSE COMPANY EVER… Spend the little bit extra and use any other company. Dont ever expect to get a phone call back from anyone here. All they know how to do is quote their contract… the sad part is I dont think they ever read it themselves. I was supposed to get a call from them 3 – 4 days after I signed the contract and gave a deposit. I call them on day 7 and all they do is quote that they have 7 – 10 days to start building my fence. It was on day 14 that they started to build it. When I would ask why it took so long I was told «your contract says we have 7 – 10 days before we start»…They couldnt understand why I was upset considering the fence should have been up already.
I was told that the fence would be installed with 4×4 wood post… I got 3 ½×3 ½ instead. It is in my contract that i will have 1×6×6 fence pickets… instead I get half inch thick pickets. The owner then tries to tell me that «I dont understand my contract because the 1×6×6 means one picket will be 6 inches by 6 feet.» What a joke… I kept asking the salesman over and over again the thickness of the pickets cause this was very important to me… He explained that the would will be ⁷⁄₈ inch thick and I was fine with that. I also insisted that it had to be Western Red Cedar. Well it looks like they have used 2 different types of cedar. I was told that there would be no knots in the wood and the owner would be there to make sure only the finest pieces get used… What a load of BS.
When I did call to complain, while the fence was still being put up, I should have just talked to the fence itself. The owner doesnt listen to a word you say and then has the attitude that I should be lucky that I can even speak to him. To make matters worse after I called he has the nerve to call me back 10 minutes later to «make sure we’re all good»…NO WE ARE NOT GOOD.
I had told the salesman, that if my fence came out really nice, my neighbors planned on using them as well. He thought it was great and said my fence will be the best on the block so that everyone else will want to use them… well guess what? I have told them all to go and use another company. I will be telling everybody I know and work with (I’m in real estate and car sales) NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY AND THE CONTACT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON.
