What an attractive advertisement on Groupon. I bought two 60-​minute massages. Too bad I never got to use them though. Scheduling with this company was a nightmare. The first time I emailed the company I was told that all of the therapists were renewing certification or going for professional development, so I wouldn’t be able to see someone for another month (this was Friday, July 3^rd). I emailed after this time had passed to schedule something and was told that if I wanted a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday appointment, I’d have to wait until November. Really?! I asked for someone to call me during the hours of 9am-​4pm; no call ever came. I finally contacted Groupon, and have been given a credit to use elsewhere. Best wishes La Selva!

I get a LOT of massages whether they be through Groupon or as gifts from my kids and friends.
La Selva was good, but it wasn’t great.
Yes, the massage therapist is friendly. I felt completely at ease. The table was very comfortable and warm.
The room and the building re decorated in great taste. The aroma that fills the rooms is incredible.
But the massage is the reason I came.
It was good. Relaxing as well as therapeutic. The hot stone massage was anti-​climatic. Sure the heated stones were a nice touch but they aren’t a match for the human hand that feels the stress points and can work through them.
I am accustomed to a full neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage when I have a full body massage. My hands were not touched. My arms and neck and legs were «after thoughts». My back was overworked. My feet received a lot of attention.
I’d do another Groupon but not a full price massage.

Great place for massage! A lot of people on Groupon rave about this place, so I purchased a Group on and called to make my appointment. I had to leave a message, but they got back to me around 7 and I was able to make an appointment. Came to find out that they don’t have a receptionist, so the therapist are the ones answering phones. They where booked for about 3 weeks out, but I found out why when I had my massage, it was great! Perfect pressure, very professional and wonderful technique. From what I could tell they are a small, locally owned business with about 2 therapist.

Have been a customer of La Selva for a few months now & am VERY happy with their service. Both therapists go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Unless it’s a holiday or Sunday I have always been able to get in touch with someone and have had them call me back when messages have been left. Always polite and friendly– I feel more like a friend than a customer! Will keep going back again & again as they are some of the best therapists in Knoxville!
