I left there heading, after getting a haircut, to pick up my wife. Her first words when she got in the truck «I thought you were going to get a haircut».
That tells you my experience.
I will tell you everyone was very nice no complaints there. I just didn’t get a good haircut. And I called the manager and told him of my experience and he offered to make it right. However, as a business traveler, i had to make other arrangements.

Fabulous! Lucked up and found Belleza on my way to Nashville. Literally. Made an appointment and was there an hour later. Kaitlin was super. My brows were perfect and she tinted my lashes. Highly recommend and super accommodating!

I travel for work and have searched many cities around the country for a hair salon like this one. For most of my life, my curly and frizzy hair has been a major source of frustration. Growing up, I could never do the super straight 90s hair styles and the «Rachel» ‘do was out of my reach. This salon is the only place I have ever been where not only is my hair understood and fixable, but the stylists actually STUDY difficult hair on a consistent basis. Not only that, the salon owner travels to Fashion Weeks around the world to maintain the current trends and styles with her workers. Very cutting edge for a city this size. Every time I try a salon in a new city, I always end up making the trek back to Knoxville to Belleza.

Update to my review:
I was contacted by Belleza’s «PR manager» with an inquiry about my initial review. I responded honestly but was never contacted again to follow up. I’m certain it was a staff member or interested party attempting to get names or more information, and honestly, to do so in a deceptive manner such as this is pretty irresponsible and unprofessional. If you need any additional indicator about the accuracy of my review, this experience should help. Just find a different place.

I visited their Turkey Creek location and had a deep tissue massage with Mia. The week before I had visited another local massage place and the massage was really weak. When my co-​worker went to Belleza and had a great massage with Addy they told me I should try it. I went and was so happy I did. Mia was able to target my trouble spots and work out the knots. It is a little pricey, $ 85 for a deep tissue massage, but it was money well spent. If you want a fantastic massage spend the extra money and get it here instead of wasting your money on less expensive bad massages.
My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish they had more of a «spa» experience. Whirlpools, steam rooms, ect. ..

A modern, relaxed, reasonably priced, and unpretentious salon. I’ve been a few times (Whitney is the kick-​ass lady who does my hair and who downright refuses to charge me for my bang trims, even when I throw the money at her) and have had a great experience each time. Staff are friendly and there’s always fresh coffee and smiles to greet me at the door. This place has definitely become my go-​to haircuttin’ joint. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s a little on the funky side yet still expects some class and competency, all of which Vibe has to offer.

For a message… YES! For hair color… NO!
The message therapist they employee are awesome… no complainants there… But when I tried to get my hair colored I was left very disappointed and $ 175 poorer!
That’s right, they charged me $ 175 for a PARTIAL highlight and base color… and it was nothing impressive, color faded in 3 weeks and looked pretty brassy, even with using specialty shampoos to prevent it.
On top of that, the colorist just didn’t listen to what I wanted… and her assistant was terrible she pulled my hair countless times, even hit me in the head with a blow dryer once! took forever to do a simple blow out… a straight blow out… for someone with extremely straight hair should be pretty quick… she also didn’t listen to me and my hair looked like crap…
If this review was based on just the salon side they would get a one star… but the message is great!

My wife and I have been going to Rob at Belleza for quite some time now. I have never been disappointed with the services I’ve received there; I think my wife would agree.
For anyone looking for a great haircut in Knoxville, this is the ultimate place to go.
