Worst experience I’ve ever had. Less than one hour and I’m done with manicure pedicure and eye brows. At my old place in Maryland (where I’m from) that took at least 1.5 hours because they really took their time and massaged well etc. he got an attitude with me for just going for the basic pedicure and said «it was nothing». So for $ 28 I get nothing? I should have left right then. I’m sure he did a rush job on purpose to prove him right that I should have got a better package. I paid $ 15 more total than I paid at my regular spot in Maryland and obviously got way less. I will never ever come here again.

I don’t recommend anyone to come here! They are very rude, and charge way up then what they say they do. My nails kept coming off and the lady told me that I did it on purpose. She also kept stating that I had my nails done 2 weeks ago when it’s only been 5 days. So again I recommend you not to spend hard earned money here!

I’ve given this place enough chances and I continue to be disappointed! I normally go for either a pedicure and a eyebrow wax. I’m giving them one star and that is for the eyebrow wax, because I have never had an issue. The technicians are RUDE and they do not take their time when working on you, if you ask them to not do something specific… they do it anyways! They rush through painting and it doesn’t last as long as when I go to other places! I was in a time crunch and just wanted them to just paint my toenails and they charge $ 14, which I thought was expensive– not to mention she rushed through it! I’m done!

Yes, as the other reviewer stated, these guys could work on their customer greeting, but I will put up with that to get waited on quickly — which they did. Plenary of techs so almost zero wait time.
Great color choices also.

I have never been overly impressed with this salon. They lack a welcoming attitude. After selecting a technician, I stuck with her over the next few months tying to make the best out of every visit. Today will be my last visit. My steady technician berated me about a recent visit to my place of employment. I made no response but it was clear that I was no longer welcome here. Sad when businesses can’t get along and act professionally.
