Day Spa Nails

Not pleased at all Was told 5 minutes for wait. They got me in pedicure chair in 5 yes but then waited for 20 min with boiling hot water and then freezing cold. Still waiting… They finally started on my hubby but by this time they couldnt have started because after waiting almost 30 to 40 min i had to get our son. They would have never finished on time. So i got up and watched my husband get his pedi while i did not! Then the tall baldish grey haired older guy was constantly on his cell phone not paying attention to anything and stepped on my foot while i was sitting in nail chair waiting for my husband and he never said sorry. Will never ever return. horrible place o and they didnt even give our 20 percent off and said it was 3 dollars more for men! Which they did not have on price sheet!!! Also manager told employee well she didn’t read our price sheet. I loudly said excuse me i sure did get me your sheet and i eill show you. How dare you insult your customers. He refused to get price sheet because he knew it was not on there. Then they said the 20 percent off was not for their place which it deff was! Never again!!! If zero star was option they would get that

I live off of Rogers Lane and I have been to a couple other nail salons from upper New Bern ave to Knightdale. I chose this place today and it was a big mistake. Upon arrival I noticed more men were working than women; not that I’m against men, but I have experienced men being heavier handed than women. One gentleman did my pedi and another did my mani. Both were ruff and non relaxing; I was nipped which drew blood, I had to ask for antiseptic. The chairs are so close together, because they want to fit a lot in the place it’s very uncomfortable. All around bad experience and I will not be going back.

I created a Unilocal just to tell people how RUDE the employees here are!!! I am a regular customer here and I went in today for a fill-​in, I waited for thirty minutes as the staff ignored me and took others ahead of me!!! The best part is that when I asked how much longer they acted as if it was a joke and laughed!!! I will NOT return here, for the mediocre job they do on nails it is NOT worth it!

The 3 times I have been here I have disappointed. Prices aren’t good and I think they just make them up as they go along. Nothing special with the customer service or work.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! Went there after normal spot failed to open on time and I had to be at airport later in day. Walked out with two bleeding cuticles and a finger nail broken below the tip because they did not remove shellac polish prior to cutting. Most painful manicure in 20 years! Place was full of flies, smelled like an ash tray from staff smoking by front door. Nails are crooked and all different lengths. They don’t deserve one star and I don’t know how they are passing state inspections.

Always have a great experience! Although there are a few nails techs there who do not do the best work.

Very very unprofessional people, super rude. Stay away.

Was pleasantly surprised by the great deluxe pedicure I received this evening here. They have great massage chairs and the staff was very friendly. My toes look great and my feet are super soft. Will definitely go back!
