Colockum Craft Brewing seems to be a relatively new brewery since it has no Unilocal entry yet. When Steve and I went here it was on a weekend and there was kind of like a drag race festival going on downtown. We managed to slip into the relatively full brewery before it seemigly reached capacity. The atmosphere is nice and new. Almost every brewery you go to they have a theme going on and at this one they have a hunting theme. They have bright hunting orange t-shirts and camoflauge sweatshirts. The staff was very nice despite the hectic flow. We tried several beers but it was a hot day and an IPA sounded good. The IPA was quite refreshing, especially after coming off of a short but hot hike at the nearby Ginko Petrified Forest State Park. The beer was not as experimental as I was hoping for it to be when it comes to ingredients but it was fine. The wheat beer was also pretty tasty as well.
