Went today and asked if I could buy a box a straws for my sons school project. The woman was so rude and annoyed for me even asking. Then told me no after «asking management». If Mcdonald’s wants to improve their image here is a great place to start. I could of easily taken the straws, but didn’t. In addition she was rude to a cashier that was clearly new and trying his best when he asked for her help entering an item.
Edit. The Kittery Burger King across the street happily donated a bag of them to us.

Saugus, MA
Coffee is a hit or miss. So far 2⁄3 tasted good.
Friendly service, clean, very spacious, lots of parking.
My fries tasted like cinnamon one day. @__@
I don’t know if they use the same oil to fry their sweets or it was by accident but even my fingers were left smelling like cinnamon. :9

The food was good and predictable McDonald’s.
My biggest issue was this:
The infant high chairs were shaky and the screws needed tightening. Be warned. I chose to not place my 18 month old in it and just had her sit in the booth with us.
