I’ve been going here for over 10 years back when Dr. Everett ran the practice. Hands down, it is the best Dental office I have been to in my entire life – and they even warranty their work. Dr. Pam Sursley is nice and personable and never provides a rushed service. The entire staff is also very nice.
A special shout-​out goes to Rachel who is the best cleaner I’ve ever had!

I got referred to Dr. Pamela Sursely’s office through a friend who happens to be one of the Hygienists, Lori at her practice. The entire staff is incredibly professional, warm, friendly, and inviting.
Dr. Sursely in my opinion has some of the BEST chairside manners you’ll find in the business. She shows a sense of relating to her patience, that can easily calm you if you are the type like me that tends to stress about going to the Dentist.
I also love, love, love the follow-​up from the staff after each and every visit you’re there. They connect with what’s going on in your personal life and make a reference to it in their email.
If you are looking for a Great Dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sursely.

Dr Sursely and team always do a great job. They are flexible and always make you feel like you are there only patient.
I had a front tooth chip the day before a wedding I was in. Dr Sursely came in that day (a Saturday in which they were closed) and fixed it up for me at a moments notice. What more can I say.
Device is great. Equipment is up to date. Parking is easy to find and abundant.

After Dr. Everett retired Dr. Sursely took the office. I have had a filling done by her and it went great. I always get nervous because of the sound, etc but she was calm, patient and nice to me. I believe she is great because when I came here last time the office had many patients. I continue coming here for cleaning and the dental hygienist is great also!

Totem Lake Smiles has been helping our family with our dental needs for three years. Dr. Sursely and her staff are highly skilled and have consistently provided excellent service to us. Our experiences has been positive every time we have visited her office. She and her staff members are professional and kind. Dr. Sursely has helped us with several different types of dental services, including an after hours emergency visit. Her fees are consistent with industry standards. We have and will continue to recommend Dr. Sursely to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Horrible experience. She charged a $ 65 fee for re-​scheduling an appointment and her staff is rude. Prices here are also very high compared to other dentists in the area.
