Everything was so tasty and service was great. You can’t beat homemade. Definitely coming back.

I have to say, I don’t even like pancakes but I came here a couple of days ago and inhaled a whole stack of them. Not sure what makes them stand out from any other pancake, but they’re delicious. Their sausage patties are also really good — homemade. I wasn’t in love with the potatoes that come with the meal. I like a more crispy hash brown type thing, but not a big deal. Still good. Our server was a peach. Now that the pancakes have hooked me I’ll probably be back more.

The pancake house is still open during the renovation of the mall area. The food is excellent, and the service is too. I like the links and eggs with a side of fruit and sourdough toast although the pancakes are delicious too. Ask for Laura!

Sunday morning brunch time! Love this place, as does obviously everyone in Kirkland does as well as we had a 30 minutes wait, but well worth it. I had the Spinach Omelette(spinach, mushrooms, bacon bits, onions, and parmesan cheese), which is more like an egg pie. You can have your omelette either scrambled or baked; I had the baked omelette which can take up to 45 minutes. During the omelette wait I enjoyed the pancakes and fruit bowl that are included with our breakfast and ordered a side of bacon. Everything was delicious. The pancakes are buttermilk and oh so good… Unlimited coffee and oh so yum, and crispy bacon and oh so come-to-mama!

Best breakfast joint on the east side! Food is always perfectly cooked and quickly served. The service is super friendly and amazingly helpful and efficient. Lori, our waitress, is the best ever!!! We don’t mind waiting on the list even since they bring out Dutch babies! This is now out go-to place for breakfast!

Excellent service with good but not great breakfast food. Doesn’t open until 7:00 which is strange to me as its a breakfast place but people in this area seem to work strange hours. I like the eggs Benedict. The omelets are borderline insane super big and not a typical omelet. They also take longer to get so if your in a hurry look elsewhere as these are baked to order. Good place to add to the rotation.

Love the pancake house. I work in downtown Kirkland and generally have to place my order for take out, which is great cause they do a great take out package. the only problem is that many days they let the phone ring, so we have to go elsewhere. I’m sure most customers eat in but there are those that don’t have that luxury.

Best breakfast on the east side! The wait staff is super friendly and efficient. The food comes out very quickly, unless it’s something on their menu that specifies a longer(accurate) wait time. The food is amazing! Huge portions, super thick cut bacon, great pancakes, and the omelettes are amazing! Go hungry or bring a friend cause their massive. They’re one of the things on the menu that specify up to an additional 30 – 45 minute wait because their fritatta style omelettes but they’re so worth the wait! Try this place! You will never need to search for another Sunday morning breakfast joint on the east side again!

First impression from the menu, this place is expensive. We were seated quickly but had to ask for a server to come to our table. He’s really nice though! He let me customize my order. Coffee is good. Eggs were overcooked, french toast very eggy. It’s not likely we’ll that we will be back here. Better breakfast so far at Cousin’s(see other review).

The food was okay, I don’t think it matched the price at all though. The price was way to high for the quality of the food. Service was a bit slow. Too slow for me at least. The place is also a bit outdated.

Well it’s not a bad habit, It is Thursday. On the wall are the pictures of ‚“The Legend Of Flapjack.” One Burger fries, and A Bacon and Eggs. I had the Western Omelette. This is a whole pan omelette. Yes it was very filling. We had to wait, but the coffee was so good to chat over, we hardly noticed. If I had to guess we’ll be back too. No complaints and the service was good.(It was closed by 2’Oclock in the afternoon.)

Went for breakfast today. The food and the service was fabulous!!! Expected it to be more like the pancake house in chicago. It was a little different but still good. The wait staff is AMAZING.

Busy, yet quick. Lots of variety in pancakes, waffles and portions. I mean pumpkin pancakes in summer? It’s like a tastebud holiday. There are very nice servers, bussers and people who clear the table. There is a sweet little waiting room with comfortable seating, coffee and often times coffee cake – all this to butter you up before your pancakes. The interior is somewhat like a lodge, so it has that cozy family get away feel. Apple waffles are actually filled with apples, it’s not just a syrup on top or canned apples plopped over your breakfast.

I took my wife here when we were visiting family for the holidays… one of my favorite places growing up and it didn’t disappoint. Everything I’ve had on the menu is terrific, you can’t go wrong. Love the eggs Benedict.

My goodness. This place knows how to do breakfast right. I ordered the eggs Benedict(as usual) and my husband had the corned beef hash with pancakes. Everything was out of this world amazing. You can tell that everything is home made. I need to review more gyms after coming here!

Parties were being quickly seated at this location. The complimentary coffee and apple pancakes in the lobby was also replenished on the regular. It did take a while to get our food after ordering, but they kept our coffee filled so it wasn’t too bad. Once the food did arrive, it was all cooked well and very tasty. The ham in the eggs benny was especially delicious. Good family breakfast spot, too. You can call ahead on the weekends if the wait time is long and you have a group coming.

Was there earlier in the day. No wait. Amazing staff. Quick service. Lots of attention on my 18mo. What more do you want? This place is like an old place with a charm from years before. I can visualize families coming here in their pajamas for hot cakes and coffee. Before Kirkland got all high end. Before brunch had to be laced with goat tears and truffle oil. Just a regular happy place. The one you go to as a child and remember as an adult as a happy place(chocolate chip pancakes!!!) I’ll definitely be back! :)

After my great experience at the other location decided to try the kirkland pancake house. Service was great, and the food was perfect. Asked for everything extra crispy and for once in the history of ever.. . Things were extra crispy. Great place. Now I have to say most of the bad reviews on this location are about cost or wait. FACT: Food goes IN your body and fuels you.. . it’s important. Spending more than $ 5 on it IS A GOODTHING. If you want a ton of food for a dollar ninety nine, take yourself to McCraps or better yet sell your iPhone 6s and buy some books on nutrition. If you can’t wait 10 or 20 minutes for good food.. .eat at home.

Came here for breakfast around 9am and they told us the wait will be 45−50min… It ended up being closer to 20 so I was pleased with that. I was excited about the food and was hoping to like it. I ordered eggs Benedict and it came with 3 pancakes and hashbrowns. The eggs Benedict were SO average. The hollandaise sauce was not good at all. It lacked richness and flavor and was very foamy for some reason. Didn’t enjoy them. The hashbrowns were okay as well. The pancakes were super salty. Not going to come back. If you want a good breakfast go elsewhere. Overall pretty displeased. Gave it a 3⁄5 only because the staff was pretty nice.

Decent food, but an absurdly long wait on the weekends. We were seated after a wait with about 30 other people(who also spilled into the parking lot outside when the waiting room was full and really stuffy). But there was good reason for that; the whole restaurant was completely full. That said, we were served pretty promptly and the service was pretty good. We had some questions and our server was knowledgable and friendly. He was also patient with us when we were indecisive. We ended up ordering some potato pancakes and corned beef hash with some Canadian bacon on the side. The food was good and even though we split one breakfast and some sides between two people we were still stuffed. A normal serve of pancakes is pretty huge at 6 pancakes! The food is affordable and the service is pretty good. I think we will be back at some other time.
