I come here for their bomb asada burrito for $ 5.50. I come here so often that I just show my face and they know my order. I come here at least once a week, if not more. It’s walking distance from where I live. Super friendly people who remembers you. And best burrito ever! I love the seasoning on the asada, there’s rice and retried beans, shredded lettuce, sour cream and cheese. And I’ve never had a stomach problem or food poisoning from here, which is a good thing from a food truck. Highly recommend!

Pretty good cheap and I will stop by next time I’m around for a quick bite. Had 4 tacos and a Coke for $ 7.50 which is hard to complain about.

I love this place. Try to come at least once a week and this is definitely one of the best taco trucks in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Good, decently priced and authentic food from some really nice folks. We’ve seen the truck a few times, but never ventured to eat there until last weekend. There’s a decent selection of menu options, and lots of tasty Jarritos. The truck is staffed by three people, who look to be two parents and their son(who speaks English and takes the orders). They were all super nice and offered suggestions for what they thought was best, and then they made our orders up pretty quickly, so there wasn’t much of a wait. There’s also a little bench out the front with some stools, for a «dine in» option. That area was clean, which was nice since hey, you’re still eating at a gas station. I had the chicken torta, and while it looked huge, I ate the whole thing because it was so delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and I liked the toasted bun. There was also a range of different sauces which you can get with the food, and the verde was particularly tasty too. Remember to bring cash since there’s no credit card option.

Stopped in here on my way back from getting some weekend chores done and enjoyed my burrito while waiting in line for my car wash. I have been here before but I had forgotten how good the food was. I ordered my normal«Azada Burrito» and it was better than expected. It wasn’t as stuffed full as some taco truck burritos but I usually can’t finish one of those anyways, and for $ 5.25 it’s still a deal(though I wish it was an even $ 5). What made this burrito so good was the authentic ingredients and the homemade style. They also really toasted the tortilla and that was my favorite part. I loved how warm and crispy it was, nice work Taqueria Guadalajara! I’ll be back for sure and probably sooner than later!

I love this taco truck. It is the sister truck to the one at the corner of NE24th St &148th Ave NE in Bellevue. I had frequented the one in Bellevue for years when I used to work in the area. I was so happy to see the old truck move behind the 76 station in my neighborhood. The pork Guadalajara torta is my favorite and I love the pickled peppers that come on the side. I always ask for extras and they are happy to oblige. My next favorite are the azada tacos. Nothing special, just steak, onions and cilantro with a wedge of lime. They are a little skimpy with the limes and they are usually a little dry so be sure to ask for extra. An excellent representation of cheap and basic taco truck fare.

I gave this place another chance and I’m glad I did. I don’t know if I had hit them on an off day before or what but today I had a completely different experience. I ordered the same a chicken torta this time it was very flavorful and quite tasty. I fully recommend them. I still find it odd that they make their torta’s with a french /hoggy roll instead of the traditional torta bread. Thank you for restoring my faith in taco truck food.

The chicken tacos covered in green salsa are a must! The chicken is perfectly braised and seasoned and hits the spot. I’ve tried the al pastor and carne asada tacos as well, but they don’t impress me nearly as much as the chicken tacos. My fiancé and I usually get 5 tacos each and then rush home to devour them. I just wish they opened on Sundays!

This taco truck is easy to miss, tucked behind the 76 gas station in Juanita on 116th, across the street from the Walgreen’s. To me a taco truck represents a great opportunity to grab a quick, fresh, inexpensive meal that’s not processed corporate junk food. The fare at this truck is pretty standard which is a good thing. There are stools provided to sit at the truck’s counter. The setting is clean and out of the traffic. I had two carne asada tacos and a non-alcoholic Sangria and had a nice tasty lunch cooked to order for less that $ 3.50, not including tip. The hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every day. Closed on Sundays.
