I don’t particularly like this location even though it’s the closest one to where I live. I got a very strange, unprofessional vibe.
I came here to use my birthday coupon and since I was told I could order any drink for my birthday, I asked for a frappuccino that tasted like cookies and cream ice cream. For some reason, every single employee came out and looked at me. One of them asked the other employees how to make something that would taste like that. None of them knew how. They asked me what they should do. At this point, everyone was confused.
«I don’t know…,» I said. «You don’t have chocolate bits and vanilla syrup? I don’t work here. I have no idea. I was told I could have any type of drink.»
They told me they’ve never had an order like this before and that to keep the line going, I should just order something else. I ended up ordering some sort of mocha frappuccino that tasted awful to me.

I work right around the corner from this place and used to come in from my lunch break til I found out that there is a Starbucks less than 1000ft from it inside the QFC. The customer service here is subpar, the coffee is mediocre, its small and constantly busy. I don’t get that welcoming feeling like I do at other locations. There’s never anywhere to sit and I don’t feel comfortable staying there long anyway.
I only appreciate this store for its convenient location. Good if you need quick grab and go, otherwise you’re better off going to the kiosk in QFC.
ALSO: Minimal parking, best to park around the back and go up the stairs.

This is a small Starbucks (not the QFC) and as such, frequently, there are long lines. The staff here are phenomenal and it makes the difference… They create a cozy atmosphere by providing swift and friendly service! I wish Starbucks corporate would provide roll down sun shades for the front windows even if relevant during the fall only! A great neighborhood Place despite the small space!

Initially I had written a nice review about this place. The staff is nice, but unfortunately, my bf and I have had a couple occasions now where they’ve incorrectly or poorly made drinks. Sad. :(

You’ve got to try Starbucks new cupcake bites on a stick in the shape of a ball. There are more than one flavors (dont know becsuse i fell in love with the first one i tried). The one you MUST try is moist yellow cake with heavenly pink ftosting enveloping the little 2 bite ball on a stick with the littlest bit of sprinkles. And i have been to 2 Starbucks and said «do you have samples of those because i dont like things too sweet» and they will cut a couple up for people to try. Dont worry i asked its in their budget. Gotta try it. Or one of the other random flsvors. Happy eating!

I decided not to wait in the long line at the Starbucks in the nearby strip mall, so I wandered into the QFC to get something out of the coldbox and there was a Starbucks right up front and center with nobody to serve. Nice! I told the gal I had just come from the other one and she said that they were always slow compared to the other one and they would like to put up a sign outside to let people know they’re there but the city won’t let them. She was extremely nice and had my iced tea done instantly.
Definitely going to quit going to that crowded little strip mall location and hit this one from now on.

This is the QFC Starbucks location. Its not bad. Its very convenient when you’re already in QFC, but its kinda expensive. Otherwise, its Starbucks. You pretty much know what you’re going to get.
