Rite Aid

I genuinely mean that this is THE BEST Rite Aid. Since a move from Kirkland to Renton over a year ago, I have deliberately transferred my scripts to the Totem Lake Rite Aid for when I am in Kirkland strictly to avoid Renton’s Sunset location and some of the other local pharmacies in Renton.
The items you’re in search of are easy to find as the aisles are always clear, and there is always a selection of in season and holiday items here.
Customer service gets an A+ from me from both the pharmaceutical counter as well as the sales associates in the front of the store. Rarely do I need to find something, but when I do, there is always someone immediately available. I think another great testament to this store is that the staff doesn’t seem to experience heavy turn-​over of its employees. The same familiar faces from five years ago are still there, and that alone makes me happy.
The one problem? Gaining entry can only be done if you are going westbound or northbound. Getting out can be similarly tricky, and if you want to head back out northbound you must cross some pretty insane traffic.

This parking lot is a nightmare to start off. In the store is nice and clean. The pharmacy is horrible… They rush to get you off the phone and don’t listen. If they were listening they wouldn’t ask the same question you just informed them about.

Tried printing photos here 3 times.
1^st time — pictures bend because they didn’t put them in a sleeve at all.
2^nd time — multiple pictures printed on a single sheet. They told me to cut them. I didn’t buy them and he pictures printed at Walgreens. They printed them separate. No cutting required. Same price.
3^rd time — they didn’t have my picture. I had a confirmation email. They couldn’t figure it out.
Try Walgreens for photos. I gave rite aid too many chances.

All I can say is do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy. My list of complaints is long.

This pharmacy is extremely helpful. Some of the best service I have ever received. Especially the manager Hashem calls 5 million pharmacies for my hard-​to-​find prescriptions. I will make a long drive to come to this pharmacy.

First off, the parking lot here is a nightmare. Turning in and out could take 20 minutes. Parking is limited, and the spaces are at odd angles. Basically, expect to be honked at and to almost get into an accident at some point.
I came in here because it’s the closest Drug Store to my apt and I needed to fill a prescription. I usually go to the Pharmacy at Target in Redmond, but I didn’t want to drive all the way out there to get some antibiotics. In retrospect, I really wish I did. The guy who I talked to was rude, and short with me. I sat and waited for my prescription to be filled. After 20 minutes of waiting, the guy who came in after me, his was filled, and mine wasn’t. So I went up to ask how long it was going to be, and I was informed it had been ready for awhile. Hmmm, I was sitting right in front of them the whole time, and no one even bothered to tell me, despite the fact that I said I would wait for it.
Not really worth my time, I’d rather drive out of my way for better, quicker service.

This is a great business, I like the people here, it is convenient and I think Rite Aid is a good company.

I think since the renovation they have made great strides in both customer service and product selection. And I love the new rx policy if not filled in 15 minutes you get a gift card. Sure wish Walgreens and Costco would pick up that challenge! Give them a try again. You will be pleasantly surprised.

What a weird drug store!!! Some of the clerks never even heard of
«Pre-​Shave»!!! What?! You work at a drug store!!! The store manager even had the nerve to become angry when I stated my dis-​belief to this situation. Never would go back, unless they had a change in management.
