Very nice and healthy place to grab a bite. A little on the spendy side. But over all a good place to stop in and eat.

This place reminds me of a subway-like style of serving. It definitely doesn’t beat the $ 2.50-$ 3.50 banh mi you can purchase in downtown Seattle but it isn’t bad either. Ordered the lunch combo and had a good portion of their spring roll & banh mi. Tasted good for how everything was prepared. The two people working there today seemed nice and friendly!

Delicious. Best banh mi I’ve had in a while, maybe because the bread was warm but it was perfect. Filled properly and the service was very friendly. I would come here everyday for lunch if I could. Highly recommend it!

Amazing Bahn Mi sandwiches! I just relocated here and I used to live very close to a Vietnamese sandwich shop in Phoenix that was very good. I was happy when my friend took me to Plume to try these great sandwiches. I got the Vietnamese BBQ pork with pickled carrots and jalapeño. It had the perfect balance of crunch and spicy. The service was great as well. I will definitely be back and if they have Vietnamese coffee I will be getting that on my next visit.

Great place for a healthy quick lunch. Love their French ice coffee, which is quick strong but also sweet and refreshing. Great for summer time. What I love their Vietnam style sandwich is, they put lots of sweet, sour and crunchy pickled vegetables in the sandwich. The pickles balance out the meat in the sandwich, and added subtle flavors. Perfect for summer time. At ordering, they also ask if you want jalapeño and cilantro for no extra charge. We ordered grilled beef, 2 ham and sausage sandwiches. Grilled beef was OK. They used Asian/Taiwanese/Cantonese style sausage in the sandwich. This sausage contains less starch and was dried during the process, so the texture is pretty dense like salami, yet the flavor is tend to the sweet side, which goes great with those pickles. For the two ham sandwich, one ham is soft like pâté, while the other is in fact Cha Siu meat, a Chinese style smoked pork. The pork got a little fat, which is perfect because it makes the sandwich much more moisten. The restaurant got big windows and bar stools along those windows. So the customers can eat and people watch at the same time, which is great for a sunny summer day.

Mmm… rice noodle bowl… I like that they have a downtown Kirkland location, plenty of places to sit(they’re usually empty when I stop by), and pretty good prices. The employees have all seemed nice and helped me make a decision when I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to order. I got the feeling that at least some of the employees are high school students. I wish I could say more about this spot, but nothing comes to mind. Guess I’ll just go back next time I’m really hungry and want a big rice noodle(and tofu) bowl?

If this place was closer to work for me, I can see myself coming here every so often. However, it was bit of a stretch to get here, so probably won’t make the trek over just for this again. It’s like a modern
