Payal created the most amazing cake and cupcakes for my son’s first birthday that I have ever seen or eaten. She made the cutest minion cake that looked perfect — everyone at the party was blown away that it was actually an edible cake! The cake was made exactly how I requested her to make it. The cupcakes equally exceptional. All of the guests were raving about the cardamom favored cake/​cupcakes. Highly recommended! And to top it all off, Payal was very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with — she is as sweet as her cakes :)

I requested a duck themed cake as my son loves yellow ducks! Paypal created a beautiful 2-​tier cake frosted in yellow and blue with ducks ‘floating’ in the water on the 1st tier. She also helped decide on the flavor for the cake which was really good! The entire process was so easy and she was quick to respond in email. The cake was the talk of the party and received many compliments. I’m already looking forward to our next cake!

We are So happy we chose Passion 8Cake for our son’s first birthday!!! While we wanted the outside of our cake to look elegant and pretty, we were more concerned with the cake actually. Passion 8 Cake’s approach seemed perfect for us, and we were right! Our cake was not only simple and beautiful on the outside but also incredibly delicious on inside! The unique, elevated flavor combinations offered really allowed us to personalize the cake to our theme and the season as well — we had a 3 layer cake with vanilla & chocolate with pineapple & butter cream, Both combos were AMAZING. Payal was funny, sweet, and incredibly easy to work with too, which really added to the sense of trust and ease we had while working With passion 8 Cake. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Payal made my son’s birthday cake. My son wanted a lego cake and so I searched online and found Payal, with so many good reviews I went ahead and give it a try. I was satisfied with the taste of the cake, (a chocolate cake with strawberry filling) just like what we wanted «not too sweet». My son liked it too and so was everyone from the party, some of them had to take a piece of cake home too. Communicating with Payal was easy as well, phone, email and even face time. Overall, I was happy with her service and most importantly my son was happy on his birthday.

I had two cakes made for my granddaughters fifth & fourth Birthdays. Payal did a fantastic job! They were beautifully done, on time and delicious. Payal is not only a super friendly owner but also an amazing sweet artist. She was able to accommodate my last minute request and made these gorgeous custom designed cupcakes for my mom’s 60th birthday. Our family enjoyed very much. I will definitely go back to make more orders from her for other special occasions.

I volunteer with a local non profit that serves youth and approached Payal about donating a cake for a party. She was receptive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. We worked out a timeline, design, and flavors. The end result brought a smile to the kids faces that will not soon be forgotten. On top of all of this the cake was delicious. I was looking for a bakery to make a cake for my daughters first birthday party… I stumbled upon Passion8 Cakes and based on previous good reviews I decided to take a chance and go with Payal. I sent her a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and she did a phenomenal job. Not only was the cake awesome, it was delicious! I had everyone asking me where we got the cake from. Thanks for making my girls first birthday so special! :)

we had Payal make us a birthday cake for a friend who is a musician and it was fantastic. the cake was shaped like a piano and was beautiful and also tasted fantastic. we held the party at Daniels Broiler in Bellevue for the birthday person who was performing there and he was very surprised and loved the cake, he took the keyboard part of the cake home with him
we had about 50 people at the party and everyone raved about the design and taste of the cake

We’ve had cakes from Passion8 Cakes on several occasions for my kid’s birthday and even a ‘just because’. Payal’s cakes are always creative and inspired by the individual for whom she’s making the cakes, with pain-​staking attention to detail and quality ingredients. There’s absolutely no way we’d ever consider a grab-​n-​go cake from Safeway or Costco. Life is a special occasion. Make sure you celebrate with Passion8.

We get our monthly office birthday celebration cake from Passion8 Cakes, and boy are we spoiled! These cakes are always creative, thoughtfully done, and meticulously decorated. They look gorgeous but even better – they are absolutely delicious. I’m not big on desserts, but I always go back for extras. These cakes are perfectly balanced, never over-​frosted or over-​sweetened. This is as good as it gets.
Whenever, for some reason or another, we get a cake from a different bakery, we are ALWAYS disappointed. Passion8 Cakes has ruined us for «normal» cake forever.
