I’ve only been a handful of times, but I have had superb customer service every time. They even put a new (that I purchased there) battery into my vehicle for me. Maybe because I’m a dumb girl (don’t get me wrong, I totally believe in girl power, I just know nothing about cars), maybe they do that for everyone. They even helped me figure out how to open my hood (there is a tricky little lever after you pop it) and where to pour my windshield wiper fluid. I have gone in with really stupid questions, that they have answered (without laughing) that didn’t lead to a sale but did lead me to service. I just can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful these folks are. So if you need car parts, have questions about your car, or even problems opening your hood — this is the place to go!

These guys are great. They’ve saved me twice now. Last night my car battery died and I drove there after having someone jump my car battery. They helped me find and install a battery even though it was close to closing time and it was 80 degrees outside. What a lifesaver!

Poor customer service. I 9 months pregnant and they would not take the time to replace my driving light although the they were not busy at all.
Use to go here lots because of their outstanding service but changing to somewhere else!

Always excellent service. They have always helped me with diagnosis of check engine light. They have taught me how to use the scanner.
