Very POOR experience. The Finance Manager and Manager did not work together to make the deal happen! I was told after sitting for 4 ½ hours I was declined due to my work status. I know that was not the first time they had someone who is a contractor and with additional income. I’m sure there have been others who have tried to buy car with same status (contractor)… NO CUSTOMER service. The only person was the salesman seemed to care. There were no other options given to me! I was angry still am, I’m in awe that this dealership only deals with one bank! No other options were given to me! —-I have bought many, many cars in my day and never experienced such unprofessional ism! j

Martin the sales manager and Brian the General Manager were absolutely amazing! I’ve bought many cars at many dealerships but I’ve never had a such a quick, easy, no nonsense experience. If you go in having done your home work, you’ll get a great deal. Only dealership I’ve seen that is so respectful of your time.

the sales manager Vlad commit fraud! Went to go buy a used vehicle. Walked in with cash to go purchase the vehcile. Price worked out. Started signing docs. Car then was appearently unavailable as a bad credit customer walked in 30 minutes after who he could make more money off of. We were refused vehicle and asked to leave. After we left there finanace manager ran several hard inquiries on my credit report without authorization (after)! DANGEROUS TO DEAL WITH MNGR NAMED VLAD!
Also worth mentioning our fiat 500c has spent more time in the shop then out. Piece of shit and customer sevice is terrible.

Not only did I come away with a perfect first car, but I came away with an amazing experience and a memory that I will last a life time. Love my car and love the people and atmosphere at Rairdons. They truly want you to have a great car, and a great deal to meet your financial needs. I can’t wait to go back in the future, whether it’s buying another car, or just stopping by to say hi to my dealer that made me feel like family!

When your only daughter turns 16 and needs her first car for college, buying a car promises to be a bitter sweet experience. After spending many disappointing days searching for a used VW convertible that didn’t have mechanical issues, my daughter decided that Fiats are just as cute. So late last Saturday afternoon we drove an hour north from the south sound to check out a pre-​owned Fiat she saw online. When the Salesperson approached us in the lot, I immediately sensed a different attitude than the typical salesmen type we had expected. When I told him that our budget was much less than anything on the lot, he assured us we would be leaving that day with a car. Michele Zacco was his name, and his humor, Italian charm and honesty made the bargaining process a relatively pleasant experience for my daughter to watch. Within an hour, Mr. Zacco and I arrived at a very fair price (for me :-)). We got a shiny red, two year old Fiat still under warranty with a full tank of gas. But maybe more important, my daughter will have a great lifelong memory of that test drive through Kirkland and Woodinville laughing and chatting with that nice Sicilian salesperson.
All the staff people at Rairdon’s we worked with in sales and finance that night seemed honest, knowledgable and efficient in getting the deal done. I also feel they treated us with the same respect they would treat the person buying a new Maserati from them. Thanks!

Traditional, old school pressure tactic dealership with the same old attitude towards customer service that we all hate. Sales folks are nice until you demand your terms and from then on it goes southwards. We had a pretty bad experience especially with a certain person and decided it wasn’t for us. Stay away.

We recently bought the 500L (with sunroof) from Mike W. He was amazing and very helpful. Not only is he super knowledgeable about the Fiat brand but I love that he is humble and just an all around nice guy. We had issues after our purchase — both paperwork and missing equipment. The paper work was due to an vin number error and the equipment was due to the fact that the car we tested was different than the car we actually ordered. When our actual car came in, it had a different electronic system which did not include Navigation. That was an important feature for me so I called Mike to see what could be done. He was so humble — admitting that it was his error and he would take care of it. And take care of it he did. He arranged for after market navigation to be added — with no inconvenience to me. I enjoyed doing business with Mike and the entire team. Everyone here is top notch.
Oh and by the way I really love my new car.

I bought a pre-​owned ’08 Infiniti G35 from this dealership. The dealer had assured me the cars they sold had been checked for major safety concerns and issues. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with the car. I purchased the car as-​is, no warranty, based on the information given to me by the dealer that it had been checked for safety concerns. That was a mistake.
Fast forward a few days. I couldn’t drive the car uninsured and my insurance company is closed on the weekends. I hadn’t driven the car since I left the dealership. I noticed a light blinking on the dash. I am not a car person. I did not know what this light was, but I do remember the light being on during the test drive. After some research, I learned this was the air bag light, so I took the car into the nearby Infiniti of Kirkland to diagnose the problem.
$ 5,000 repair. The passenger side airbag sensor was broken and would not deploy in case of a collision. The passenger seat assembly would require replacement. This had not been disclosed to me by the dealer when I bought it. I had driven the car for literally minutes before I noticed this issue, meaning the issue certainly existed pre-​purchase, and the price I paid for the vehicle did not reflect this sort of damage.
At first I didn’t want to believe I had been swindled. I brought the car back to Rairdon’s Fiat and spoke with the manager, Brian Rockey, who told me to speak with Brennan Bassett at Service. I brought the car in and showed them the quote I received for the $ 5,000 repair from Infiniti of Kirkland, and I was hoping they would either cover it for free, because it was pre-​existing, or subsidize the repair substantially. Brennan said he might be able to drop the price a little. He was able to drop it to $ 4,200, not covering labor. I once again told them this was unacceptable because I believe this issue should have been fixed while the car was still for sale at the dealership, or it should not have been sold to me at all. At this point, Brennan and Brian told me they would be able to search for a replacement part and get me the repair for much cheaper. This was in March.
It’s now June. It has become increasingly difficult for me to get ahold of Brennan, who has started dodging my calls and e-​mails. At this point I have not heard from either Brennan or Brian in more than a month.
I do not have any confidence that my problem is going to be fixed. Please use this as warning and take your business elsewhere.
EDIT: Since posting this review I have been contacted by the dealership. They plan to fix my car. I will improve the review when it’s fixed.
EDIT 2: My car is fixed. I was contacted by Rairdon’s two hours after writing this review. They expressed their concern that my experience with Rairdon’s had been sub-​standard and asked me to bring my car in for repair. I did so the next day.
Two weeks later my car is repaired at no cost to me. I wish this would have happened months sooner, but I am thankful to Rairdon’s for their great service. For this reason I am increasing my review to ³⁄₅ from ¹⁄₅. Micah and Vlad were especially helpful in getting my problem resolved.

Travis in parts is a great guy who knows his stuff «Fiat parts» Kirkland may have a new service and parts building however these guys are pros. They even are able to work on my old Fiat 124 Spider. Jeff in service is great and so knowledgable.

Great service! No stress when I bought my car. Alex Sargeant put me at ease and made the whole car buying experience enjoyable.

HUGE waste of time! Tried to start negotiations electronically to save myself a wasted trip as I live 45 minutes from the dealership. Was told by the sales manager that, based on my offer, we were «close to a deal». However, his used car guy would need to look at my trade before we could really negotiate.
I bit the bullet and drove out after work (in the end, a 105-​minute round trip). Not only were we orders of magnitude off on price, the used car guy didn’t even look at my trade-​in. His own words, «I didn’t even start it… I just valued it as new.»
I countered their first offer (playing the negotiation game) and was promptly told, «thanks for coming in, we won’t be able to make a deal.»
They knew my position from the beginning. I can only assume they had hoped to get me into the dealership with false promises and wear me down until I agreed to the deal most lucrative for them.

I bought my 500C there two years ago. It took less than two hours, and it was maybe my best car purchase experience ever. My first service experience was today, and it was the opposite of my awful Jeep experience. Brennen (not too sure of the spelling) did a top notch job on the Jeep side, and he is a real asset to the service team at Fiat as well. I can’t think of one single thing that could have made my experience better day. Unless it had been free. That last part was a joke.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They know nothing of customer service, will tell you exactly what you want to hear and do not divulge all the information about the cars,
At least that was our experience, one of the worst buying experiences we’ve had.
STAY AWAY! Go to Renton, Seattle or Tacoma if you absolutely must have a Fiat. I think the cars suck also but that’s a different issue.

Well I don’t know if I can accurately judge this dealership considering I was only in the door less than a minute. I went in to look at a car and see if Fiat is something I would be interested in. Had an email offering a $ 50 gift card and then to top that, the dealership decided to replace it with a $ 25 gift card (kind of going the wrong direction there, Rairdons).
Apparently I was supposed to print the offer out and bring it in. Instead of saying, «hey, maybe I can print that out for you.» Or, I don’t know, have some blank forms available!
After learning I did not have my golden ticket, I was told that they couldn’t help me. Now, after growing up with a dealership dad, I learned you can ALWAYS help a customer. The fact that I had to RSVP to shop is ridiculous. The amount of time it takes me to read to where I am at now is TWICE the amount of time I was in their dealership. Whatever doubts I had about getting a Fiat has now been cemented in place. Customer service is a salesmans job. It would help you to learn that.

I had a great experience with Rairdon’s! I first spoke to Rich Regan on the Dodge Jeep Ram side or the dealership. He talked over some rebates and numbers with me to give me a rough idea of what I’d be looking at, and then referred me to Martin Hadley on the Fiat side of the dealership.
It was so refreshing to work with Martin! My understanding is he’s the sales manager rather than only a salesman. We spoke on the phone a couple times to decide which model features etc I wanted, then I went it for a test drive. Working with Martin and Rich was great because they’re both just regular dudes! No ‘showmanship’ per se or tricks or any of that irritating car salesman stuff. Martin owns a Fiat as does his wife and Rich also drives a vehicle purchased from the dealership.
Throughout the test drive Martin told me about a few features, but mostly we discussed his personal experiences owning and maintaining a Fiat. He was very upfront with me about the prices he pays for parts (tires etc) and walked me through basic maintenance (when to get the oil etc changed). We did more chatting than anything, which really put me at ease. Personally I don’t like a salesman to throw pitches and things at me when I’m trying to relax and see how I feel driving a new car.
After I had selected my car, Martin was again very upfront about available rebates– at the time I purchased my car Fiat was doing some kind of $ 3,000 rebate, and he immediately told me about it and deducted it from the price of my car. I thought I was going to have to haggle and then reveal that I knew about the coupon to get a better deal!
My trade-​in was in ROUGH shape. Despite only getting $ 2,500 for a 2010 car (really, it wasn’t worth much more, I feel like I got a fair price), Martin did his homework and found that if I kept my new loan with my previous credit union, I’d get a much better deal. I really appreciated him going above and beyond like that without me asking.
Throughout the process, Rich was kept in the loop since I initiated my purchase with him. I appreciated that I didn’t feel like these guys were fighting to get my commission– they worked together crunching numbers and talking to find the best possible scenario for me.
In the end, I drove off with a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop with a manual transmission. I got what is in my opinion a jaw-​dropping price, payments I can still afford, and the dealership has been fantastic in keeping in touch and making sure I’m happy. I don’t ever want to buy a car from anyone other than Rich Regan or Martin Hadley!

Overall, my experience at Rairdon’s Fiat of Kirkland was decent. I did some research online and priced out the Fiat I was looking for with the options important to me. I applied for financing on the Fiat website, securing adequate credit approval within minutes. Surprisingly, my phone rang immediately and Fiat of Kirkland was on the line and I made an appointment for the following day with Marci.
Marci met me when I arrived, she took an exceptional amount of time explaining every detail of the Fiat, she even opened up the hood and explained what was going on under there, but I couldn’t stay focused enough to listen, as my interest about pistons and dodads is at an undetectable level. When we got to the trunk, she asked if I was planning on having children and when I said no, she went into great detail about the child safety restraint system.
We looked at several different models and I told Marci I did research online and was interested in the 500 Sport. I was finally able to get behind the wheel and take the little guy for a spin. We had to drive the Turbo first, which was not on my list, but having the opportunity to drive it confirmed it was more power than I needed. The time had come for me to get what I came for, a drive in the Fiat Sport. The Sport is nice and zippy with a little more power than I expected, a perfect fit for my one mile commute.
I was very specific about what I wanted and we sat down to find my car. I let Marci know that I was interested in the white Sport with heated leather seats and no additional options. Since the exact vehicle that I wanted wasn’t available, we spent a great deal of time going back on the lot looking at cars that did not hold my interest. I know that dealers prefer to sell vehicles that they already have on the lot, but my decision was made, I became annoyed after explaining my preferences multiple times.
I was continually asked what I wanted my monthly payments to be, I requested that we focus on the bottom line price and I would deal with the monthly payment calculation. This seemed to be a sticking point that continually needed to be revisited. Marci pushed the $ 23k Fiat with all of the options, asking me to initial on the «quote» that she wrote up. She said that she needed to show her sales manager that I was serious about the deal. My pre-​applying for financing and providing her my approval letter didn’t speak to that? I indicated that this was a bad move, it felt manipulative and amateur, I wanted to walk out at that moment. I initialed her quote and was not surprised that she was not able to keep up her end of our «deal». At this point I was done and I told her I was leaving. In my opinion, it is very clear that Marci is either inexperienced or lacks the skills to interpret customers non-​verbal cues as well as pointed verbal communication. She knows a great deal about Fiats, which is fabulous, but making a real connection with the client is essential. She spent so much time (hours!) with me and then lost me when the sales tactics checklist came into play.
Martin came in to talk me down from the ledge and did a pretty good job. I let him know that I was exceptionally clear about what I wanted and I agreed I was willing to listen if he was going to be able to meet my needs. He said he would find the car that I wanted and in fact, had already found one in Oregon they could have sent over. He mentioned it to Marci several times earlier, when she was pushing the more expensive car sitting on the lot. He said the car in Oregon had cloth seats and they would be able to install custom leather seats at the dealership.
Martin handled all of the paperwork so we would not run into any snags. When my seats didn’t come back perfect, he told me ahead of time and explained what the plan was to make it right. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to take extra steps to make his clients happy. Before I committed to purchase, he looked at my leased car and showed me how to buff out the scratches. My lease turn in looked perfect and I didn’t need to get it detailed. Martin also met me at the other dealer to turn it in. He even left me his personal car when my seats were being reinstalled.
Martin was great to work with, he makes quick and seemingly genuine connections with people. I highly recommend him and he receives my five stars.
