Collision Masters

These guys are amazing. My only regret is having not taken my car to them in the beginning where I got the first of my 2 estimates after being in my minor car accident. Someone backed into me, we both had insurance, so I opted to take my car to Queen City in Redmond. BIG MISTAKE.
After nearly a month sitting in pieces on the floor of Queen City’s floor, having virtually no work done, I finally had it towed to Collision Masters, where Stephen and co. took my car, and immediately began the work. Nothing short of care, respect, honesty and concern. No attitude, no arrogance, NOTHING like the joke I dealt with at Queen City. They don’t care what kind of car you have, they don’t care about it’s age (in fact, give it more care because it requires more to look decent upon leaving), and don’t care if you’re ignorant about cars or you know everything. Front desk is organized, back office is knowledgeable and takes accountability. If they didn’t call, they’ll tell you they didn’t call! They don’t play the blame game and point fingers. They don’t make excuses. I heard nothing but excuses at Queen City. No one wanted to own the problems that kept mounting. «We fight for you» was flagrantly used by everyone. Collision Masters never says it. They DO it. And with class. Worked with the insurance company on your behalf, everything was neat… I’m extremely pleased with the service I’ve received with this group.
I told Stephen I could be a nightmare of a customer and didn’t want to be that with them. He has been diligent and thoughtful in how he treats me, especially knowing what I went through with Queen City. They have all been very caring in handling me, knowing Queen City got on my last good nerve. Unfortunately, Collision Masters was going to be caught in the cross-​hairs if something ever went wrong but now, I’m able to breathe knowing my car is in VERY good and VERY capable hands. When I get it back an amended review will come up to close out this experience. But I have no doubt it will not contradict anything I’ve stated above.

These guys exceeded my expectations. The work they did on my car looks fantastic. There were absolutely no signs of repairs being done. They had the car ready when they said it would be and, to my surprise, gave the inside a nice little detail. The entire experience was hassle-​free and everyone there was friendly. It is good to know that there are still businesses out there like Collision Masters, who care about their work and values their customers.

These guys are wonderful! Someone damaged two doors of my 2014 Ford Focus hatchback in a parking lot. I called the Ford dealership for a recommendation and they told me that they take their vehicles to Collision Masters. I took it in for an estimate just before closing on a Tuesday. They said they could start work on the car the next day, but would need it for three days. It would be ready around 3:00 on Friday. When I told them that I needed to be at work at 3:00, they said they would try for 2:30. I told them it wouldn’t give me enough time to get to work, but it would have to do.
Not only was the car ready at 1:30, but it was in perfect condition. It looked brand new, inside and out. All traces of the damage were gone, plus they washed my entire car and detailed the inside. Honestly, my car looks like I just drove it off the new car lot. This is definitely the place to go!

Collision Masters is the best auto repair shop my husband and I have ever encountered. Jody and Katrina are so kind and personable and they go above and beyond to put your car back together and make it beautiful. I would drive an hour out of my way to take my car to Collision Masters. They are truly a hidden gem!

We have used them a couple of times over the last decade. Top quality work.
This last time, they told us what part we needed and advised briefly how to do it on our own, saving us hundreds of dollars!

I showed up 10 minutes to close on a Friday for an estimate. They went through the process as if there was no time restrictions. The gentleman came out right away and looked at my issue, and took it back to the tech right away. He came back in about 5 minutes and said it was not broken only needed some grease, which they applied, free of charge. In and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Collision Masters!!! My car door and I feel so much better.

These guys are great. Dent repaired and paint blended without a flaw. Looks like new. Thanks to Jody, Harold and Tim for all the help, fantastic work and more than reasonable price. If you need body work these are the people to see. Short distance from the freeway and Willows road for easy access. I can’t say enough about the quality and care to make an undesirable situation as smooth and painless as possible. Thanks again. I have, and would, recommend them to anyone needing body repairs.

This place is the best! Considering that when your vehicle is damaged and the stress of the «process» to get it fixed is not something to look forward to. Collision Masters makes it a smooth and positive experience with superior customer service and guidance from the first call to schedule an appointment to the time you pick up your clean and vacuumed vehicle. All staff is professional and helped every step of the way during the time my vehicle was being repaired. My point of contact Tim was always available and very helpful in understanding the «process» and was very knowledgable and went above and beyond the level of customer service I expected. He alone looked at my vehicle thoroughly and in the «big picture» was the ONLY one to recommend a few things that «the other guys» did not notice or suggest in the estimates that I obtained.
Two Thumbs Up to Collision Masters!

Went here after a recommendation from a neighbor. I needed repairs after a collision to my parked car.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. This was under the person at faults insurance and the collision center did not let them get the cheap way out. They did everything at the highest quality.
The repair did take 4 full business weeks, but wasn’t too much of an issue for me, since the rental car was covered by insurance as well. Car looked new after and they even detailed the inside. I was completely satisfied.

I’ve only used their auto repair service which was a recommendation from my brother and I can’t say enough good things about them.
Ron is truly a master under the hood. An honest mechanic who is dedicated to making customers happy and has worked on all of my vehicles for years. He has never steered us wrong, knowledgeable, friendly, accurate diagnosis and estimates, honest recommendations on parts and they charge less than others.
We took our 2007 Maxima in due to the a/​c not properly functioning two years in a row which Nissan’s also use for faster windshield defrosting. While she was at Eastside Nissan in Bellevue for an oil change, a mechanic there told her that it just needed to be charged again and provided no explanation as to why that would be necessary year after year. Ron diagnosed the problem, two holes causing the refrigerant leaks, called to let us know we had a burned out bulb in the rear and how much life was still on her brakes.
No hidden fees or charges, no pressure and my wife is never talked down to because she’s not car savvy. Highly recommended!

Had a special project and couldn’t trust it to just anybody. The crew at Collision Masters not only did a superb job but they knocked it out of the park! It may not have been the kind of job they’re used to doing but they stepped up and took care of me. I don’t know how much custom stuff they want to get into but they took on my project and I am very pleased!

They say three’s a charm…
A female driver reared my brand new Toyota while looking at her phone. Left the bumper so damaged (including the whole imprint of her licence plate + four holes from screws) that it needed to be replaced. Toyota Kirkland sent me to Collision Masters.
Take 1.
Her insurance covered everything, and I got nice customer service, short wait for the rental shuttle; everything went smooth. My car was ready as promised. When picking it up, I noticed that somebody was driving it — the odometer showed a difference of 18 miles. The longest test drive ever for a painting job… Never received any explanation for it. Only at home when I parked in a shade, we noticed that the bumper was painted some 2 – 3 shades darker. It looked like a piece from a different car attached to mine.
Take 2.
Drove back to Kirkland to schedule another painting, and a few days later dropped off the car at C.M. This time, instead of a rental, they provided me with one of their own cars. It was an ancient, falling apart Saturn, but I did not refuse. Started driving away, and when trying to stop it, its brakes hardly worked. I kept pushing the brake pedal and the car kept going for quite a distance before it finally stopped. I did not need another accident, went back there already irritated and their friendliness was all gone too. Another wait for the rental pick-​up, lenghty procedures, same on the way back. It might take 30 min «only» but it was my 4^th time doing this routine. Bumper got repainted again (or sprayed over), and it looked much better.
Take 3.
Several weeks passed by, and one day a corner of the bumper caught my attention. The paint started to chip off. Another drive to C.M., and I asked to talk to the owner. Some guy was sent to speak with me (I do know the owner’s name) and he wasn’t even trying to be polite or apologetic. So; another routine followed — dropping off the car, picking up the rental (waiting at Hertz for over half an hour because the clerk’s priority was to get her lunch first, rather than taking care of people waiting, not to mention that my husband who just broke his leg was there waiting with me), going back the same way. All together it took 3 months, 9 drives to Kirkland to get the bumper properly (???) done. How much time wasted — no idea, a lot. Bumper is freshly repainted again, a couple of little red spots from the paint left inside the car as a souvenir, I guess. Not one decent apology, nor an offer how to compensate for all the inconvenience caused. A small Starbuck’s card would do…
I am already panicking that there might be take 4…
I would not recommend this business at all.

I thought, I should write the end to this story. There was no «take 4». Only weeks later, paint started chipping off in the same spot even more than previously. It really looked bad, besides the corner of the bumper was not attached correctly and was just hanging out of its place. I gave up; with a big loss I traded the new car that Collision Masters managed to damage so terribly.
Thank you (NOT!!!) «Masters»…

My girlfriend got in an accident with my 2011 G37 Kirkland of Infiniti recommended Collision Masters. From start to finish Collision Masters provided excellent service. They made sure to under promise and WAY over deliver. My car was returned to me fully waxed even though the damage only impacted the front right of the car. I was very pleased with the service I received from CM, so much I’m actually taking the time to Unilocal about it.

After 2 months of coming to collision masters for their expertise & excellent service, I
was back again due to another accident, very similar to the ‘first time’.
This time i was rear-​ended by a gal coming from around the corner, gunning her way onto 45^th and University Way in Seattle. As you know, the lights become shorter and so do the street lengths. Of course, she didn’t see that I and the car in front of me were at a stop, she was obviously looking at her phone… I watched her from my rear view mirror and I cringed as she hit me dead on. Luckily the person in front of me had already sped away so the collision was only on my rear bumper. There I was thinking, I knew exactly where I wanted to take my car to.
Michelle and Brent, I can’t thank you both enough and your team of wonderful people! You continue to give the BEST service I have ever experienced! My car looks brand new, inside and out! Thank you so much for all that you do!

From the minute I stepped into Collision Masters they took care of things from start to finish. They truly have customer service and a smooth running office. They set up the car rental, dealt with the insurance, and kept me notified of where the process was. There was no need for a family member or friend to drive me to get the rental car either. The car rental company picks you up and you leave the car at Collision Masters for them pick up when your car is ready. Staff was friendly, nice, informative. The lobby was clean and customer friendly with magazines and candy. My car was repaired beautifully and the paint job looks great!

Had the good folks at Collision Masters work on our brand new 2013 Infiniti JX35. They were professional from start to finish. No hassle, smooth experience and done in a timely fashion. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will definitely be using them again.

Oh my Gosh — where do I start? From the first minute everyone at Collision Masters was so helpful! I walked in and they had it totally under control. I can say unequivocally that this is the best service experience I have ever had!
Brent is a gem! Brent explained the ins and outs of what needed to be done to the car, how the process would go and what I needed to expect. He is trustworthy, honest and clear. In addition the follow up was amazing. He contacted me every step of the way and he made sure the ibnsurance guy did too!
I don’t remember the name of the person at the front desk but she also was very helpful. I literally felt like I was being taken care of by these individuals.
I will turn to them first for everything I can!

I thought I’d throw out some high praise for this wonderful body shop. These guys really do provide top notch customer service and make what is usually a very stressful situation an absolute breeze.
I had our minivan in there twice last year (for a hit-​and-​run collision, and a dented slider door), and then took my truck to them 3 weeks ago after being rear-​ended. They not only took care of all the insurance «stuff», but arranged for the rental car drop off and pick up to simply take place right at the shop. Super convenient!
The repairs have always been perfect, and to top it off… they detail the vehicle before you pick it up! My truck looks better than it did before the accident. Can’t ask for anything more than that… thank you Collision Masters!

I was looking for paint repairs on my Toyota Highlander, so I asked my local dealer for a recommendation. They sent me to Collision Masters of Kirkland. The guys at Collision Masters took care of all the dealings with the insurance company, and the end result was a beautiful looking job when they were done. I’m pretty jazzed.

Car: Infiniti G37 2010
Damage: Rear bumper was dented on a hit and run.
The staff took the time with me so I could understand the damage to my car. They were flexible with me when I requested another of their rental cars. The only opportunity for improvement I have was my trunk sensor was deactivated and I had to return to get it fixed. It was only a slight inconvenience.
During the whole process I did not have to even talk to my insurance company, State Farm, because Collision Masters took care of the rest (which was very nice)
Overall, I recommend!
