First bad experience; I go to drop off a ground package and I was told it was too late. They said six previously, it was a few minutes til. Website, right on here says 6:30. My bad for waiting til the last minute, so I let it go. I went another time to make copies and the girl took forever and was trying to read my paper. Months later I come in to print from my laptop, couldn’t do it. So they say email us, but no WiFi. «You have a hot spot? use that.» Who doesn’t have WiFi? Just say, «Not for customers.» Why lie? It was something complicated I had to print from my comp so I left. Poor customer service. The impression I get is that they only help you out if you’re a business(money makers), a regular, or a personal friend/family. Everyone else doesn’t matter. They started off rude, got better, but still no empathy. They didn’t try to help. I got an unfelt, «I’m sorry about that,» on my way out the door each time to add insult to injury. That has been my experience here, unfortunately. Update: I mailed an app for a job about a month ago and it was returned not a few days later, not 1 but 2 weeks later! Saying it was deliverable. I didn’t ask them to hand deliver or have anybody sign, just wanted it post marked that day. All bad :)
