The employees (Garrett and Jose) were on time and the service was literally as advertised: I pointed to the area I wanted cleared of junk (an old garage filled with a couple empty refrigerators, empty boxes, glassware, odds and ends, and even some old mousetraps) and they took care of the rest. The guys talked it over for a few minutes as to how they planned to pack their truck, then gave me an estimate based on a third– to half-​filled truck and said there were no additional fees for labor, etc. As they worked over the next approximately 2 hours, we noticed how quiet it was — they were obviously making an effort to not make a ruckus. After clearing out all the junk, they swept the garage and it looked absolutely amazing. Their truck, however, was completely filled. Nonetheless, they stuck to their original estimate and only charged me for a half-​filled truck. The guys were so nice and obviously took pride in doing a good job — I’ll definitely call them again.

This is an absolutely awesome organization! I was completely impressed. One focus is on customer service and it shows! Plus, they are able to salvage, donate, reuse and recycle some of your junk, meaning less of it ends up in a landfill. If you need to dispose of some items, I highly recommend calling 1−800-got-junk.
