Less than par experience. Those who work there aren’t very helpful and clearly not very eager to work. The photographer is an older woman who seemed to want to rush out the door. She is beyond wonderful though, compared to the two girls who were working up at the front desk when we visited. They were rude, not classy at all and unhelpful. I could barely understand half of what they said and they were pushy! They were rushing around and took other customers before us even though we had an appointment. The one who really took the cake was the unclassy one who «helped» us choose our photo package. «She» was telling us that we weren’t selecting what she would, if we wanted to find out when our pictures were done we needed to call her because (and I quote) «it’s not my job to call you, you need to call me to check on this «I was appalled and just wanted to leave. When I went to pick up pictures I prayed I didn’t have to see her again. I wouldn’t even return back there if you paid me. I assumed king of Prussia would have nice people working, since it’s a lovely area– but no– the workers clearly drive in from elsewhere. To end this review– when I called to check on photos being ready the woman seemed very annoyed and quick handed the phone off to someone else. Meanwhile I could HEAR her in the background comparing about my «multiple questions». Never ever again will I go back unless they change the staff to people who are actually kind, professional, and want to do their jobs.
