We have gone here several times without issue. Each time we purchased the disk of pictures. It always included all the pictures from our session and the additional pictures created by the studio following our session(such as pictures with different backgrounds, layouts, etc.) I was never informed this most recent time that their policy had changed and that we would not be receiving these additional pictures. My husband and I had two small children and a dog with us, which left us unable to look at these pictures as they were being created after our session. But I thought I would have the opportunity to view them later as I always have in the past when I received my disk. I also asked the gentleman assisting us if all the images would be on the disk, and he told me they are now online, but confirmed we would be getting all the pictures. So I was surprised when I got home to discover we did not get all these images. When I called I was told that their policy changed in September and they no longer give you these pictures. I think if you have a change in policy like this, loyal customers who have become accustomed to receiving certain items with their purchase should be made aware of these changes beforehand. It is unfair to surprise them after the fact when they receive the order and discover it is not what they expected. Had we been made aware of this we would have looked into other options for family portraits, as there are several out there, but since we were always happy with what we received in the past(and thought we were getting again) we did not. I also don’t understand why we were told that we were getting all the images if we were not. I feel like we were lied to. I am also not sure why I was made to wait the extra time for him to create these images that I would never get to see, as he knew I could not watch what he was doing because of the kids. I also could have gotten out of there 15 minutes earlier if I did not have to wait around for him to do this. I would not go here again, as I feel they do not care enough about loyal customers to make them aware of significant policy changes, misrepresented what we were receiving, and wasted our time.

Photographer Breya is fantastic! Our 8 month old daughter was squirmy and excited and scooting all around the portrait studio, but Breya was able to capture & keep her attention which made for some gorgeous christening portraits. She was so patient & easy going. The best part was no pushy sales tactics! We will definitely be going back again when Breya is scheduled to work!
