Came with family for the first time after a volleyball tournament. At first everything was great. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. We sat on the patio that was enclosed for the winter at a high table. The menu looked awesome and we couldn’t decide what to eat. We settled on rice bowls, creole and curry. Food was as expected in a restaurant such as this. Was delicious but not a culinary delight. Our mojitos the same, delicious but they use crushed ice. After entrees served things started to take a turn. First my sons tacos went to the wrong table and we all finished our food before they brought another plate out. They did not comp the tacos or even discount our bill. Instead they added fries to the plate which was laughable since he was already full by the time his tacos came out because we were sharing our food with him. Then after the server(still very nice) checked if we were interested in dessert(we said no thank you) she disappeared for about 15 long minutes. My wife and daughter went to the car while my son and I waited. And waited. Unfortunate because if everything had remained consistent I would have given 4 * but things being what they were I left less than impressed. I would come back but I might not recommend to a friend.

This place is awesome. from the ambiance to the food and the service — excellent all around. They have a great beer that they brew themselves — Red Lager — which is really good. Chicken Curry Pasta is amazing, and their fresh fruit salad — unreal

I love this restaurant. Specifically this location. I’ve been to the one in Cheery Hill, and the experience is never as pleasant as it is at the King of Prussia location. Today was my first time placing a «To-Go» order and the staff did an amazing job. My favorite menu item is the grilled salmon and mixed greens on a tostada, and they packaged it all separately so that the mixed greens didn’t make my tostada soggy during transportation! I’ve ordered a similar salad from The Cheesecake Factory, and it was all packaged together. Causing the tostada to soak up the moisture from the salad. Hands down, this is my favorite place to eat in KoP!

I absolutely love Bahama Breeze! This is hands down the most underrated restaurant around KOP mall. Huge seating capacity and I have never waited more than five minutes to be seated. Super friendly servers. Virgin Pina Colada was so scrumptious! If you’re in the mood for really good sea food look no further!

You have to appreciate the late open hours in this neighborhood. Many restaurants do close much earlier. Late night, this is a reliable place for food and drinks. The main issue when I arrived was the amount of time it took to get seated. There was no one to seat me and was getting ready to call the restaurant to let someone know I was in the front waiting. It wasn’t very crowded at all. The restaurant is pretty spacious. Also, there’s a bar if you want to watch television. Service can be improved. The food was good. I ordered the Jamaican stuffed plantain, which have a savory spicy taste. Many menu options, so you should find something appetizing. The drinks were ok, nothing really to rave about. Would like to try other options. Overall, the setting is decent. Parking is readily available. I’ll recommend giving this restaurant a visit.

This is pretty much your typical chain restaurant experience. The coconut shrimp were to be expected. Delicious because what fried thing isn’t? The atmosphere felt like I was in a conference center from 1987. The food was generic and loveless. I feel bad saying this but it’s true. I’d come back, but not as a first choice unless it was fast food or here.

Bad night for dinner here yesterday. The service was great but, the food was severely lacking. I ordered the Jerk Chicken plate. The chicken was cold & dried out, rice was grossly undercooked & flavorless, the sweet plantains were raw in the center, the black beans was a salty watery mess. I mean it literally couldn’t have been a worse meal. My husband ordered mashed potatoes with his grilled chicken & they served him about 6 lbs of COLD coagulated potatoes with 2 teeny tiny chicken breasts. We hoped dessert would be redemption but sadly, the key lime pie was more like warm, sour, creamy jello.GROSS. We arrived hungry and left HANGRY.

Strong long island iced teas, tasty nachos, weird waitress… but to be honest I was quite tipsy, so take that with a grain of salt.

Was an ok experience. Food is ok… nothing to get excited over. My major annoyance was the confusion when we walked in the door. We were ignored by staff. Not ever having ate here before we were unsure as to if we were supposed to seat ourselves or not. There was a girl(i assume the hostess) standing there with a mic thing in her ear ignoring us while we stood there feeling dumb. After we were finally acknowledged, there seemed to be a mass amount of confusion over seating that didnt make much sense seeing as it wasnt very busy at all. Waitress was nice. Overall, not a horrible experience but not a good enough experience that i would return when there are so many other options close by.

Contrary to the other reviews, I found my experience here slightly better. The food is decent quality and comparable to any other location. I enjoyed a Caesar salad and chicken cilantro crema. Our drinks were good and our server, Josh, was helpful in making recommendations. I’d return here, but that being said, there are plenty of other casual dining options in the mall area from which to choose.

I was WOWED by the food! The skillet simmered shrimp had a kick to it that was seasoned just right! Crab stuffed shells… AWESOME!!! The seafood was so fresh! And the drinks were very good. I recommend the Ultimate pineapple and the Ultimate Pina Colada! The staff was very friendly and prompt with service. The ambience of the restaurant was great, kid friendly or if you just want to go out with your significant other. I enjoyed it and would recommend and will be returning!

Contacted by the manager after hearing about my negative experience and was offered a gift card to give the place another try. Service was much better this time around. Food was decent. Upgrading from 2 to 3-stars. We’ll see if there will be a chance to update in the future.

This is my second visit, wanted to make sure that the quality was consistent before writing A review. First off staff is wonderful, very polite and helpful couldn’t ask for better. And as far as the food, its great. the Jamacan wings are awesome !! As are the firecracker shrimp come in at happy hour and they’re half price. I had the seafood pealla and it was the best, wife had coconut shrimp and a bahamarita which she enjoyed. I will be back when I am in the area. Good food at a good price.

They get 5 stars for the cocktail combinations and just overall quality. Our waitress was just the sweetest, she was helping the restaurant cause she works at the Long Island location. Food was great except my Mahi & shrimp lemongrass rice bowl wasn’t good. Shrimp was dry and chewy. I didn’t like it. My boyfriend had the Steak Oscar and that was amazingly delicious. We also ordered appetizers and the shrimp was also good, not sure why my main entrée wasn’t good. They had the rum specials going on and the cocktails were just amazing. We dined in the patio, music was playing and the football games were on. It wasn’t packed at all on a Sunday evening. This place has a lot of mixed reviews so I would say just give it a try. I would definitely recommend this place for its bar selection. Food is good but not out of this world. I had a pleasant first time experience at this restaurant. I would have given it five stars but my main entrée wasn’t good at all. I have to come back and explore their menu.

Inattentive service, so-so offerings. Although my fried chicken entrée was very tasty, it was offset by inconsistent service: my salad arrived after my main. I refused it, and was still charged for the dish. Their Mojito Cubano was tasteless.

Ok so my time here had to be cut short because I didn’t want to be late for the movies but this place is awesome. From the ambiance to the service to the food. Didn’t get a chance to try the drinks except for a refreshing pineapple mojito but it’s definitely on my to do list!

Family and I went here last Sunday and had a good experience. We sat inside but saw they have live music outside — if it wasn’t so warm we probably would have sat there. We had coconut mojitos — yum! Refreshing! Started with beef empanadas — tasty — loved the crust. Husband and I shared the seafood/chicken paella and that was very flavorful and the portion was still large enough that we couldn’t finish. Waitress was very pleasant and patient as it took us a bit of time to decide what to order. This is a place we’ll happily come back to — the mojitos alone have our vote!

I have been here to Bahama Breeze on four occasions within the past few months. This review pertains to my last visit. My wife and I came in on a Thursday evening for dinner and were promptly seated. The booth where we were seated left something to be desired though b/c it was near the very end of the restaurant that servers use to keep dishes and there were more than a few puddles of water near the table. The second unsatisfactory experience was the fact that the menu which had been handed to me had significant amount of food in between two pages of the menu. *DISGUSTING* I had to get my server(Jonathan) to replace the menu.(Btw, this has happened to me earlier at this restaurant as well.) Then again, the new menu which he handed me indicated that Happy Hour was from 9 pm. onwards whereas it was from 10 pm. We were a bit confused about it until our server clarified. And lastly, when my wife requested a mojito, it did not come out until my wife reminded our server of it. In terms of our food, we ordered chicken empanadas for an appetizer, and a cuban sandwich and a paella for our main course. The chicken empanadas were fine. As another reviewer puts it they«do not inspire but do not disappoint.» Although there is room for improvement in the paella(in particular, by making the rice itself more flavorful), it was a pretty good dish overall with a ton of seafood and chicken. Paella is not something one gets at every restaurant around town and so it was a treat to be able to try it out here at BB. The cuban sandwich itself was also unremarkable. I have certainly had better cuban sandwiches and I can imagine it being worse. What made my sandwich special was that instead of having french fries with it, I was able to get a fruit salad with a mango sorbet. It was nice to have this towards the end of our meal as a dessert and the sorbet, in particular, was *good*. Our service was reasonable other than the fact that our server didn’t get us the mojito for several minutes until we reminded him. Also, given that he finally got it after the clock had turned 10, he could have provided us with the happy hour prices on the beverage. However, he did pull through in the end because I had a coupon(from their mailing list program) and even though it had expired, he was able to include that discount in our final price that we paid. All in all, a fine, if not entirely perfect experience at BB.

luckily for Bahama breeze the waitress(calvena) was so friendly that it overshadowed the fact that the chicken wings had odd amounts of feathers still attached to them. She insisted on bringing some more wings which was really nice and I have to say overall everything was pretty tasty. Breeze is a place that the kids will think we’re on vacation and it’s only in King of Prussia. It feels like a chain taste like a chain but it’s good for a change of pace. I’ve never come here for the drinks maybe that would make things better over all. Friendly waitstaff can save a situation. I realize that chicken originally has feathers on it and I’m not a baby but it was pretty ridiculous. Frankly I would’ve comped the wings but I guess this they brought me more wings they didn’t feel they need to.
