Chick-fil-A

You would think that for the price, the food would be bigger or better. I like Chick Fil-​A but I could have easily went to MacDonald’s or somewhere else and got a chicken biscuit. The only thing they don’t have is the Polynesian sauce.

Tastes and feels like any other Chick-​fil-​A. I ate inside and the place was clean. The people working were friendly.

Have been there several times. Not as good as the location in round rock and some in Austin but it’s definitely good and the staff is wonderful. I have an allergy to one of their products and they are always really accommodating and careful that I don’t end up having an allergic reaction.

Went inside this morning at 10:15 and only one employee was working the register, took 15 mins just to put my order in, and then stood there for another 15 mins to get my food! I’ve never had to wait this long at any fast food place, much less a chikfila!

I always order the nuggets and they’re always hot and fresh. The waffle fries are the best !! I recommend trying their milkshakes, they’re delicious

Best one in the area, they have the best staff. Always treated well and great customer service. Food goo as always.

Make sure when you order drive thru, to speak clearly. I have a decently projected voice & my order still came out wrong. I decided to try out this Peach Milkshake that they were advertising. I ordered 1 & somehow they heard 3. Beats me. Customer service was good & I rather did enjoy the creamy fruity taste of my milkshake so it wasn’t so bad after all. I don’t know how the food is here. I’m not sure it’s my type of menu but when I feel like being out of my comfort zone, I’ll come back & rate the food.

Nasty cold fries and cold chicken strips = 1^st drive thru experience here. Trashed the fries and tried to microwave the strips but they ended up going into the trash too. They did throw nearly 10 packets of sauce in the bag… I should have gotten my usual market salad in the first place smh.

Used to be a good place to grab a quick breakfast. The past two time my hash browns have been hard obviously sitting under the heat lamp to long and the same for my chicken sandwich. I do not recommend.

Probably the best customer service in killeen. Very nice friendly and great in all aspects.

We love this chick fil a! The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful! The drive thru is always fast too! My kiddos are always begging to go to chick fil a!

The line at the drive thru was long but went by really fast. The employees are a lot nicer than any other Chickfila I’ve been to. Food was perfect!!!

I came here twice during my recent trip to Killeen for my buddies wedding. Our hotel was right next door which was excellent. I’m from Washington state and there is no Chick-Fil-A’s in the state yet but they are building a few soon. I had the nuggets, spicy deluxe chicken and waffle fries. It was SOO GOOD. The chicken out does all the other fast food places that I’ve been too. I can’t wait till there’s one where I live.

It’s sad to me that in any other town, this restaurant might earn a 5 star review. However, at this location, one star is too generous. The company’s food is delicious, no doubt, even if the order is frequently wrong – especially in the drive through of this location. The employees are mostly compliant with the polite requirement for Chick-​fil-​a, but you can tell it’s just an act to keep the job. They don’t listen, they don’t fill the orders correctly and it’s so frustrating that I don’t even go back to complain because I’d just end up having to deal with them again. My best tip? Go to Temple or Georgetown for Chick-​fil-​a, avoid the greater Killeen area.

I like this place. I really like it when they had the location in the mall. It’s really awesome that they have done things in the past to support the community and schools.

It surprise me that for a fast food joint this place will actually treat you like your dining in a full restaraunt. The service is awesome! The place is super clean and did I mention that the service is awesome, lol?! Food is good too. Love their chicken and lemonade.

LOVE this place!!! As a parent of two toddlers, I REALLY appreciate the friendly, helpful, and professional staff — inside and drive-​thru (even during busy times), and the fresh tasty food!
The indoor play area is clean and well-​maintained, and this restaurant is my favorite place to take the tots on rainy days.

Play Area:
Thank you for this indoor play area! My daughter loves to play and be around children. I love taking her to the park but the Texas heat is brutal. This place allows my daughter to burn off that energy in a secure and air conditioned space.
Food:
I didn’t grow up eating this but I’ve grown to like it. My favorite is the chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce and waffle fries. Delicious. I’ve also tried their deluxe chicken sandwich and it was one of the best tasting chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had.
Service:
Amazing! The manager always walks around the dining area and asks how everything is going. She’ll bring out more high chairs and refill your drinks. The staff will bring your food to you, refill drinks, clean tables and are very friendly and courteous at all times even when it’s packed.
The only downfall to this place is its always busy around lunch time. Parents just like me are taking their kiddos for lunch and then play time in the play area around the same time. Expect a pack dining area during lunch with parents and kiddos everywhere.

Really like this chik-​fil-​a. The staff is amazing. They will come get the trash, come get you drink refills. It’s awesome. The manager is always out and about helping. He is the nicest man. It’s always clean and they are pretty quick! No real wait even when it’s busy! When more then a few people are in line they quickly add more cashiers!
This is by far my favorite chik-​fil-​a. I frequent 3 different ones monthly!

I love this chickfila location. As always they are super friendly and helpful with your food when you’re wrangling a 3 year old. I really love the in-​store promotions like family night and military night. As well as thier facebook specials. We got free breakfast 3 days in one week a couple of weeks ago just by asking the cashier. The food is always on point! And the play place that is indoor is perfect for these hot Texas days. I especially love the clean wipes outside the play place and the stool for the little ones in the bathroom.
HEB also has coupons on thier receipts which are awesome :)
