Sprint Store

I’m not sure what everyone has against this Sprint store. I purchased a phone with an upgrade online and chose this location to pickup and transfer service. I made an online appointment for 11am on a Saturday morning, but showed up at 10:30. There were two other customers and one worker when I got there. Since I was early, I had expected to wait anyway, so that wasn’t a problem.
I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in, so I just walked around the store to check out the phones. I ended up playing on a tablet and didn’t notice the other people were done, so Michael was nice enough to come over and grab me.
So, I’ve done this a few time, but we have 5 lines of service on our account and every two years, one of those lines is eligible for a rebate. Since they other lines are my sisters and teenagers, we’re always fighting over who gets the next rebate, and we all end up using each others. What Sprint has to do is activate the newly purchased phone (B) to the line it was purchased under (A) for the rebate, then go back and switch the A’s phone back to line A. After that, they take B and activate to line C. Not that complicated right? It’s actually not, but I’ve been to the Lynnwood store, they couldn’t figure out how to do it a few months ago, the Highlands store, they had to call Sprint to do it, and the Southcenter store, who just couldn’t do it (ended up calling Sprint myself).
So here I go, expecting to wait at least 30 minutes for this guy to figure it out after explaining our whole little rebate system, but all he asks is which line was the phone purchased under, and which line do you want it activated to. Within 10 minutes, he had everything sorted out and I was walking out with my brand new S6 (upgraded from an S3 because I always gave my rebates to someone else, so yeah I’ll brag! First upgrade in almost 3 years!).
One other person came in after me, and he wasn’t acknowledged either, but o’well.
With this specific Sprint store, I had no problems. It was clean and lots of things to touch. With Sprint itself though, that’s a whole other story, but writing reviews, I won’t take my frustrations out of Sprint, on this Sprint store.

DO NOT COME HERE OR EVEN BOTHER CALLING TO ASK A QUESTION!!! These people are terribly rude and cant even take the time out of their day to help a customer. I called just to ask if they were a repair store of not and he told me they were not and i said… well…can you tell me where i can find one… he replied with, im not sure you could try another branch like the Tukwila one. I said weeellllll can you look up their number for me so i can call someone else who can help me? H esaid no i’m actually with another customer right now! Wow!!! Seriously! Never again

Awful service!!! The first time I went there I upgraded my phone and purchase a tablet. The guy who helped me rang me up for the wrong phone and tried to talk me into keeping it! They had to re ring the transaction and I was on my way. Little did I know he forgot to call customer service so I had a $ 200 cancelation fee on my account! After many phone calls with sprint I had to go down there with my receipt because the manger NEVER called me like he was supposed to. When I came in he wasn’t there so I came back like they asked me to and instead of the manager fixing my problem, he took a sale knowing I was waiting!!! After I complained, he fixed the cancelation fee but of course he forgot to remove some of the charges! I will never go there again. They are unprofessional and just want a sale. They don’t even deserve a half of a star.

I went into the store today to upgrade to Sprints family and friends plan. I wasn’t acknowledged when walking in, I had to approach staff to even be greeted and even then it seemed like they didn’t want to talk or help me. After finally getting help the guy stopped helping me to start answering text messages and chuckling at them. After he was done with his texts he started helping me again. This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor service in this store. This store has been staffed with trash since its opening. Do not do your business here. Find somewhere else please. The only reason I rated this store a one star is because I had to. I am actually finding another store and upgrading there today.

The worst cell phone company. Called to cancel my service and they would not cancel. My phone stopped having a signal at my house except in one of the rooms. I can’t use the phone at home… After 3 attempts to cancel my account went suspended and then they said the can’t cancel my service because my service was suspended. All I wanted to do was cancel and pay my cancellation fee and final bill. Now they won’t cancel unless I restore my service. These people working here are mostly ghetto. They will lie directly to your face. These people are criminals. If I go back there it will be to burn this store to ground and shoot the employees as they run out… no check that, let em burn!

I went in this store with every intention of buying a phone. 1^st, I was the only customer when I walked in. Was greeted by 4 employees. One of them attempted to help me but was not educated on the particular phone I was interested in. The minute another customer walked in, he left me to help her with an accessory while the others stood around talking among themselves. I waited like 20 min & couldn’t believe no one else offered to help. Horrible customer service. I’ll never go back there again!
