Communication was minimal, and always initiated by us. If we asked 4 questions by e-​mail, we received one vague answer. When their subcontractor broke a pipe & flooded our home (while we were not there), they did not even call us to inform us of the problem. We heard it from a third party. They showed up the next day and placed fans with bare wires in our wet home. We fired them and paid for all cleanup ourselves, rather than risk further damage.

Terrible contractor. Does not communicate what is happening with the job, Does not show up when stated. Work on hardwood floors had to be re-​done and still looks shoddy. Work took weeks longer than quoted. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
