Love these pies they r so yummy I love having them in my freezer to go to when I can’t make my own. They were a hit at our auction for new years eve… So glad we found you! I think their pies r so much better then a store bought pie. My husband doesn’t eat pie but he was the one who wanted me to buy these after he had one

We ordered 9 pies for a office Christmas party. Regardless of ordering in advance our pies got bumped for a 57 pie order for a fundraiser. I guess we were not important enough for even a notification. All Plush Pippin did was offer us a burnt pumpkin pie! I will never order form them again.

Walked in most the crew was standing around talking not doing a thing. That was annoying enough then to find out all they had left was pineapple pies. If the crew had time to stand around then they should have time to try and make more?

note: OUT of pumpkin and out of quad fruit***HOURS 10 – 4 M-​F closed 1 – 2 for lunch.****Before going, know you need cash and know that these are «second choice» so no they aren’t gourmet nor are be show stoppers but they ARE damn good and they ARE damn cheap. I’m thinking of doing a fundraiser with them for my son’s preschool, this place is great. $ 1 apple pies 8inch… And they are GOOD!

I am helping a friend to bake these pies for a wedding reception. I will be baking them the day before and noticed that the oven temperature is 475 degrees for 40 — 50 min then another 10 min. WOW — a long time??? Is that correct for 1 pie?
I am baking 12 pies and wonder how many pies can be baked at one time? Hopefully at least 2 pies. Looking forward to a prompt reply.

So far we are 2⁄2 on amazing pies. It was user error that the first pumpkin pie didn’t turn out quite right. My husband didn’t have the instructions sheet and guessed at the temperature/​timing. Oops! But this second caramel apple pie?! OMG! I could eat the whole thing today… we’re 1⁄3 way through… it’s that good!

Great prices! We’ve tried apple, cherry, peach, pumpkin and the quad. They are all delicious. They have unbaked and thaw and serve pies. Cash only. They are open M-​F, 10am-​4pm.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! They NEVER answer the phone! They make an appointment with you and then make you wait outside in the rain for over 40 minutes! The only reason I gave them a 2 star is because they gave us the pies cheap… Maybe that’s why they think it’s okay to mistreat all of us waiting for them!

Excellent unbaked pies. I don’t hesitate to cook and serve these for Thanksgiving. They also carry prebaked pumpkin pies that you just thaw and serve.
The outlet is in building F (the same as their main office but on the west side instead).
Costs range from $ 1 to $ 6 (they take cash only). Opened M-​F, 10 am to 4 pm, but closed for lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Years ago when I was fundraising chairman of PTSA I hosted fundraisers with Plush Pippin pies, each one was very successful and the schools are still doing this. I stopped in on a whim yesterday and bought a pie for a potluck at work, delicious! 11″ apple lattice pie for a buck — smells delicious and tastes so good! I think I’ll stop by for another one, just for home :)

I can’t believe people are complaining about customer service. Of course customer service is non-​existent. Obviously it’s a hole in the wall. It’s a room the size of a large walk in closet, in the middle of an industrial complex connected to the factory that makes the PIES!
We’ve had apple, pumpkin, sweet potato, cherry, key lime, pineapple and I don’t know what else. All except the pineapple tasted like a pretty good store bought pie. The pineapple was disgusting. There’s a reason you don’t see pineapple pie in the local grocery store, or pretty much anywhere else. It’s a nasty flavor. But we bought it on a whim, no regrets because it was CHEAP!
But seriously, mapquest it. Slowly drive through the industrial complex until you find the magic door. Bring CASH. And buy some cheap pies. They call them «factory seconds» but the only «second» thing I’ve seen, is sometimes they’re a little lopsided or the crust is a teensy bit broken. Other times they just made too many of whatever flavor on that run. No, they aren’t grandma’s pies, but unless you feel like coring the apples, cooking the apples, travelling to Indonesia for fresh cinnamon AND you make a great homemade pie crust, they’re terrific supermarket quality substitutes.

Other than this being a hole in the wall, with strange hours and a customer service staff that is stranger than truth (They seem bothered by your presence), this place ROCKS!
Seriously, a kick-​butt dutch apple pie for $ 3. Ate on that for two days and loved every bite.

The price was right and the pies looked good. The problem was the two young women who sat behind the counter. They must have been doing community service or something because no one would have hired them to sit there and look sullen. I have never encountered worse customer service. They did not smile, say thank you or engage in any way and I was being friendly. They acted like it was an imposition to sell me some pies. I hope they were just having a bad day and this was not their usual behavior. I guess I will know since I will be returning.

Great deal on pies. Just makes sure you get there early cause the good pies run out fast. And selection changes daily. Just at call 10:30 the automated system it updates everyday.

while their pies are in my opinion, okay. eh save the calories for something worth it. or go to walmart an get a frozen one, they are actually editable, the store in kent does not take any credit cards or checks cash only, the owner is rude inconsiderate and after I complained lied directly to my face about the issue after looking into it I found out they are being sued by multiple companies, have a lien on their building, maplehurst get it straight because your kent branch sucks! my advice to go marie calendars and get a good pie without gobs of hair in it!!!
