Ordered a drink on a Wednesday at 11:40am, no tapioca, no lychee, cash only, and my drink was served 2nd despite ordering and paying 1st among 2 customers. Drink flavor was good.

The 2 stars is for their popcorn chicken bc it still is the only thing worth getting here. I asked my husband to get a milk tea with more tea, knowing they already premix their milk tea with sweetener… 1) yes it was bland, but 2) I am most disappointed bc their tea was not good… Iono what kind of tea they use but it does not taste right, and I like tea! Strong brewed. I had this feeling it would happen but felt the need to try for some reason. Waste of money, poured it all down the drain…

Man. i was SO disappointed. Maybe it was an off day for the guy who made my drinks. Ive gone here a few times before, and enjoyed their drinks. So when i came today, i expected the same service. But the man that was there seemed to be in a hurry. First of all, he wasnt in the store when i got there. He came running from the restaurant across. Then he rushed to make my drinks(the place was empty btw) and i went on my way. But when i tasted my drink(mango smoothie wq! tapioca) it was WAAAAAAY too sweet. It was inedible. Smh. And my moms drink(strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca) was GROSS. It tasted like he used a green banana, and the aftertaste reminded me of powdery bbq sauce? MAJORWHOMP I drove back to the place an hour later with the drinks in hand in hopes of a better experience and so i can update this review with positive feedback and more stars, buuuut i was disappointed AGAIN. i came and the same man was on his way out the store with his mouth full and a plate of food in his hand. I told him the drinks tasted REALLY bad and tried to describe the taste. But he cut me off saying its because they use«real fruit» and asked if i wanted another drink or a return. I said if he can somehow improve on making the same drinks, but he looked irritated soooo i just said forget it and give me my money back. He did just that and then asked me to take the drinks to the trash bin outside the door. his bad attitude, unprofessionalism, and poor smoothie-making skills have convinced me to NOT spend another dime at this place.

The only boba place I go to! Their drinks are always on point and their popcorn chicken is amazing! My only complaints are they only accept cash. Then several times that I have gone they were out of chicken. I drive like 20 mins to get there so thats always disappointing. I guess that just shows how good they are!

Another usual stop after we have Korean food across the way. I order the Thai milk tea with no jelly(boba). They say it’s hard to mess up boba but trust me I’ve had some horrible Thai tea’s in the past at other establishments. They offer two sizes which is nice, small or large. For two small drinks, it was a little over $ 7. They do not take cards so remember to bring your cash.

It seems as if their bubble tea isn’t as good as they used to be. Maybe because I’ve tried a lot of new bubble places that were just a bit better. This place still is better than a lot of places, but won’t be my first go-to place for bubble tea. The Grapefruit Green Tea Bubble Tea is my favorite here; it is very fruity with a lot of pulp. I had really liked their Strawberry Green Tea, but it’s starting to taste very syrupy. And the tapioca is not as good of a quality as other places; they stick together and the texture doesn’t stay good. And you can’t mix flavors for the green teas, which every single other bubble tea place mixes for us. I assume you’re just scooping syrup flavors in a cup and then add the tea, which you can actually see them do, but they say they aren’t able to mix flavors at all.

Definitely in the top 3 of my favorite bubble places(: Lots of choices to choose from! During the summer, majority of the fruit flavored drinks are made with real fruit which tastes absolutely refreshing. The boba is on point: chewy on the inside and soft on the outside. Price is cheaper than most other bubble tea places. Knocked down a star because it’s cash only -.-

Been going here for years and I would give this a five star but they seem to decrease in their boba section since last year as of I recalled. At times my tapioca center are undercook and other times they are perfect. Their flavors are very similar. I have tried the regular milk tea, taro, Jhasmine, honey, vanilla, Thai, and even chocolate. All with a slightly different. It could be their syrups could be added a little bit more to have that difference. Still, I don’t mind. But they are a bit sweeter than Bambu which I like. And what really pulled me here over Bambu is their boba. Now their boba are sweeter so it gives it some flavor and I look for that when a place sells boba tea. If they sold panden jelly& strengthen their flavoring, this is the ultimate place to go. P.s tough competition with Bambu next door. Decisions. Decisions…

I absolutely loved this place, and I’ve been here countless times. This establishment is probably the first boba place that I’ve fallen in love with. Usually I judge how good a boba tea place is by their tapioca, and their tapioca has the perfect amount sweetness, texture and chewiness. I always order their regular, jasmine, honey or taro milk tea. Every time I come to 99 ranch, I always have to leave with a boba express milk tea in my hand! :)

I’ve come here numerous times and it is long overdue for a review! I typically normally get just a milk tea with lychee jelly or tapioca(depending on my craving), and they always make my drink to perfection. I used to get Thai tea as well but I don’t anymore bc I make it at home. So milk tea with lychee is my usual drink. Both drinks are ALWAYS perfect. It has the perfect sweetness to it and when I get the tapioca it is soft and chewy. Whereas some places have their tapioca hard :/ Customer service is definitely a hit or miss here. Otherwise I would’ve given it 5 stars. They only take cash and don’t forget to ask for a punch card!!!

Good location. I went into here and had horrible customer service. The girls literally stood there chit chatting in their language. I ordered a hot lavender milk tea with boba. They made a cold one with out boba. So I told them I ordered a hot lavender milk tea and the other girl ran and put in into the microwave. Seriously!!! When my drink came out the second time, it was still wrong. No boba and she asked me to pay an extra $.66 cents. She stood there laughing through my entire order. Don’t bother going here. I felt very uncomfortable and not satisfied one bit. I will never go back here.

When it comes to boba I thought this place did a decent job but I felt it was missing a few things. First of all I think ordering a coconut boba is a good measure to test how good it is. Coconut is a fairly common taste and we have an idea of how it should taste. The coconut boba was good but it was lacking in having any chunks/pieces of coconut in it at all. A good coconut boba needs to have some actual coconut in it! I don’t care if it’s jellied or dried or fresh coconut meat. I guess that sort of disappointed me as far as the whole drinking experience. I will say that the young woman in the shop was very helpful and polite. There was a guy who just wanted to jump in front of me online and she told him I was first. He seemed aggravated and just kept talking over me while I was ordering. She repeated my order back to me and then started making it for me. The guy then realized he would have to wait. Good place, good service and the boba was okay but not spectacular.

This is my most favorite place to get bubble tea. It’s a really small shop with 2 tables you can sit and eat at. I usually just grab and go. The shop is located inside of the Great Wall shopping center so there’s lots of parking and other shops to look at. The drinks are never too sweet and has just enough flavor in each cup. They have regular size and large size options. I usually get large since most bubble tea places come in this size. Sometimes I get a regular as a treat for myself. Just remember to bring cash! Sometimes when they just open the regular bobas are not ready to be served so I just get the mini bobas. Also ask for a stamp card if you plan on returning.

Better milk tea than Champion’s, which is also in Great Wall. We just got the black milk tea, which was pretty good. A little on the creamy side, but still good. Good price, too! $ 2.75 for regular size, but they also have a bigger size for $ 3.25. Didn’t get any add-on’s, so can’t say much about that, but they’re $ 0.60 extra. After ordering and paying, the cashier asked again what size we ordered. «Large, right?» We said, «No, regular.» Then our regular sized drinks came out. No problem. But then we realized we were charged for larges. We asked to make sure, and we were right, and then they kindly refunded us. So moral of the story is to just make sure you’re charged the right amount, or else they might charge you for the large size from muscle memory.

After a exhausting trip through Ikea I was craving bubble tea. Thankfully Boba Express was close by and so I headed in. I ordered my go-to drink of a simple milk tea with tapioca. On a Saturday early afternoon they had already ran out of tapioca pearls. Ugh, but I’ll deal with it. However that was the least of my problems. I found the tea to be too creamy, drowning out what little tea flavor there was.

I’ve been coming here for years and their milk tea with egg pudding is consistently good. Their spicy popcorn chicken game is on point as well! The pieces are big, juicy and flavorful. Service here is friendly and quick. Great place to pick up a snack and drink.

Hands down the best BOBA in WA! The flavor is always intense and perfectly sweetened. My fave is the Milk tea + Pudding. *TIP* Try the Popcorn chicken, you won’t be disappointed!

Their regular milk tea is good. More on the sweeter side of things, every once in awhile isnt a problem. Their almond milk tea on the other hand… is very sweet. Too sweet for my liking. Its like drinking a cup of sugar. This location is cash only, so its not super convienient at all since most times I dont carry cash.

We are constantly at The Great Wall Mall. Like, no joke, we are always there for groceries. So walking to 99 Ranch, it’s hard not to notice that there is almost always a line out the door for the Boba Express. The crowds had us intrigued, the high Unilocal reviews egged us on, and the craving for Fresh Boba and Fruit Smoothies finally drew us in. I’m from Chicago where Boba and Fresh Fruit Smoothies are a staple wherever you go.(Joy Yee. Check it out if you’re in Chicago.) So last Friday, we decided to stop in to grab one as a treat. I’m not even exaggerating. It was a nightmare from start to finish. There was one super young girl working there at the time, and only one customer in front of us. She ordered a drink, then we ordered a drink. We ordered a Fresh Fruit Coconut Smoothie with Mango Boba. The girl was not super helpful, and was harried the entire time. She started to make the first woman’s order, and the woman wanted to add food onto her order. The girl then started texting someone to come and help her. An older woman in a matching apron eventually came sauntering in to cook the food for the woman. Our«Fresh Fruit Smoothie» ended up being coconut flavored syrup pumped over blended ice. Our Mango Boba were deflated, had a strange gummy coating, and saturated in the most saccharine liquid. To say that we were disappointed would be an understatement. From the service to the drink itself. When someone says«Fresh Fruit Smoothies» and I order from the«Fresh Fruit Smoothie» section, I expect something other than a chemical filled synthetic liquid poured over ice. With sugar filled pouches. In Chicago they’re all made with actual, natural and real ingredients. They’re unbelievable. This place was also unbelievable though. Unbelievably bad. We just threw it away because we couldn’t even drink it. We might try it again one day to give them the benefit of the doubt, but we definitely won’t be running there.

Low prices. Fast service. Tapioca is usually perfect. I like the bubble black tea and jasmine green tea. Haven’t tried any of their food yet. It gets really cramped when they are busy. Cash only.
