McDonald’s

Commonly referred to as the worst McDonald’s ever. They never get your order correct, and I have had more than a few friends get sick from eating here. Don’t do it.

Worst place ever!!! Worst service worst food and the manager is completely
idea of what fast food is! This place just needs to shut there doors!!! i will never go back to this location and after seeing everyone else as frustrated as me I’m sure I’m not the only one!

Worst mcdonald’s location in the US.
Wanted ice coffee but the woman in the speaker said they didn’t have any and told me to just have a soda. I mean wtf is that.
For breakfast, looked like they didn’t bother to cook the hash brown properly, egg looked like just opened up from a package and was not scrambled but omelet you put in bisquet. Pancakes were just tragic.

I arrived here at 9pm went through the drive through and waited 10min. Then I went inside the store to find the cashier rude. The staff talking to each other very disrespectfully and using profanity. There has definately been a change for the worse someplace.

I frequent McDonald’s about 1 time a year, for real, and last night we decided to go for a late night snack. It was just after 10pm and the drive thru line was about 10 cars long so we decided to go inside. It was NYE and there were only two employees working and one cook in the back, but they were as nice as they could be. Mechelle (Asst. Mgr) and Austin were greeting each customer with the best service possible. Including the jerk who came inside and literally threw his bag across the counter demanding a refund. My boyfriend and I both work in retail so we’ve seen our fair share of irritable people. Mechelle was polite and understanding as the guy stood there venting and she offered him a new sandwich. These two employees (and Rico in the kitchen) deserve recognition for the hard work they put in during a short staffed and very busy night. I would come back just for them.

I hate this McDonald’s. Enough to check in And leave them one star. Awful service. Longgggg wait.

I use the drivethrough often as I live near here. This is th slowest place ever! They take the fast out of fast food!

Possibly worst McDonald’s in the US. Service is gruesome, any time of day or night, so its not just one shift manager. Kid’s working the counter look right through you. The drive thru window has yet to get my wife’s order right — -ever!!! We keep hoping it will get better because this location is so convenient to us. The burgers are dried out shoe leather and the fries are either ice cold or you have to wait 10 minutes for ones directly out of the 300 degree grease (extra burning hot grease is always free). I will never go back to this place. My wife tried one more time yesterday, they again got her order wrong. She came home and called McD’s customer service hotline. As you can imagine it fell on deaf ears. The one Unilocaler who rated this five stars must have walked in the day it opened because it has been downhill since.

Let’s see. What should I write first about my terrible experience today? (Only 4 people in restaurant during my visit)
1. Ordered at 5:45. At 5:57 I went to the front counter to ask about my and my boyfriend’s order of 4 McDoubles and 2 medium fries. The girl at the counter walked around aimlessly and said «Oh, your burgers are right here.» They must have been there for a while considering I ordered 12 minutes ago. When I got the burgers, I stood there waiting for the fries, which I assumed was what the girl was going to get. She walks back to me after about 3 minutes and says «Your fries will be out in about 5 minutes, we just put in a new batch.» Um no, I’m not going to wait for my fries because you’ve had 20 freaking minutes to get them ready. We did not receive our fries until said time and even then, she put them on a tray on the counter and walked away. We didn’t ever get a «Hey here’s your fries, sorry for your wait.» She just plopped them on the tray and walked away.
2. When I walked up to the counter to check on our order, I saw the guy working the drive-​thru chomping on ice. Now that begs the question, «Did he take it from someone’s cup??»
3. As soon as we walked in to place our order, there was one man in front of us in line placing his order to the one register that was open. Then comes in a group of teens that seemed to be pretty friendly with the people who were working. I assume that they work there as well. I am still waiting in line when one of the guys starts banging on the counter. A girl walks up and takes their order from another register while WE ARE STILL WAITING IN LINE.
4. Ketchup ALL OVER the drink counter and no ketchup cups.
Needless to say, you lost my business and I hope many more decide not to go to this McDonalds location.

Been here twice via drive-​thru, and both times they’ve got the orders wrong, and both times the buns they used were stale. Skip this location.

First visit, went to the drive thru. 2 signs in drive thru telling me not to use my cell phone… really? Then at the window another sign telling patrons to turn off your windshield wipers when raining. Bad plan, i’m not your child Mc D, won’t be back unless they learn about service.

One of the Best & Cleanest McD’s in Cobb County!

Wow. This place is brand new and they have no idea what they are doing. I took my nephews in there for some ice cream and the place had probably four other customers in it. Including us, one other person was waiting a long time to get his order. I could tell he’d been waiting a while, and when I saw what he got, it looked like a big mac and fries. It took so long for the ice cream and while we ate and the other customers ate, there was an annoying alarm that would go off constantly and stay on for minutes on end. I think it was the french fry alarm, and the crew here was so lazy, they would argue with who would press the button to turn it off, and they were all standing around. So annoying. Go fix the problem, McDonald’s because you won’t last long doing business like this especially when there is an amazing rock star McDonald’s less than a mile away from this one.

I was happy to finally see a McDonalds that stays open on the inside ²⁴⁄₇ but this is by far the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there, they take about 20 – 25 minutes to get the most simplest food items. My last visit took over 20 minutes to get a mocha. The time before that it took them over 30 minutes to get just a small fry. If you want to get your food faster, just go to the McDonalds on Wade Green or Cowan Road. I hate going here but it’s the only McDonalds that’ll be open past 1am on the inside.
