Starbucks

Filthy! The floors, doors and condiment areas are always filthy and need cleaning. They really need to focus on a cleaner store!

I work literally a stones throw away. I have never waited so long for coffee on such a consistent basis. They are NEVER working very efficiently. The manager has missed the mark on training a staff that can handle the business of Cinco TmRanch and LaCenterra. Hopefully they improve soon before the next phase of LaCenterra is completed.

This is a very good location. I recommend this Star Bucks it’s Right off of highway 99 across from The Cinco Ranch High School. They are very friendly and have fast service. This maybe just me but I love the appearance of the Barristers they are clean cut with clean nails, aprons/​smocks and most of the women actually wear makeup. They’ll even joke a bit with you.
Like most popular establishments it gets crowded pretty fast and parking spots become a little like finding Waldo lol
(& I only found Waldo once I think I was 7yrs old ok back to the review lol)
I wish it was just a little bigger and had more seating inside. Luckily I happen to always go at the right time & find a table.
Being that this is across the street from Cinco Ranch High you don’t want to be there after school lets out. It’s SUPER busy like really Busy.
Example: it’s Wednesday@2:50pm I didn’t think about the time I just needed a pick me up so I stopped by. Now the doors open not because someone’s holding it for me. but because I’m in a line FOR COFFEE! Behind groups of teenagers. And mostly only a few out of a group of 7 teens buy the other teens just sort of tag along. But that never stops me from stopping and getting my favorites lol.

The service here is usually courteous, but today, the baristas seemed on edge and were even rude. I’m sure I came on an off day, but usually the service of on par with similar joints.

This is a fine place to get your Java on. The seating is a little sparse, but if you’re going to run in and then out, it works great. We stop here and grab a cup every time we’re around. Not sure why, but we generally go here in the winter and need a warm up. Service is pretty fast and always nice.

Another Starbucks with rude employees (I observed them while waiting to use the restroom) and this particular location has disgusting restrooms. I hope their employees have their own restroom in back, because if they’re using the public one, and are ok with it; I certainly don’t want them serving me. Glad I attempted to use the restroom before ordering. Gross!

Sadly, I am not a huge Starbucks follower, so I did not know that they had happy hour. Apparently, they have half off fraps from 3 – 5 pm. I had to stop in to do some work via their wi-​fi and electrical plugs. It’s a very easy and accessible location. Does not get too crowded.

Burnt coffee plus poor customer service does not make a happy customer. I will not be returning back to this location.

Not a bad location, service is usually fast. This location also creates special frappuccino flavors for the kids that other Starbucks don’t know about (e.g. Cotton Candy frappuccino).
Inside seating is sparse (a few leather chairs and tables). There are more tables outside and is a great place to people-​watch.
The weekend crowds can get big.

This Starbucks has a great setup. It’s not cramped like many others are, but instead it’s actually got space to move around and you can actually find a seat.
Also, if its nice weather outside, they have a great outdoor area to enjoy your coffee. The shopping center that its in is cool too so it’s overall a very good Starbucks.

I finally got a seat here! YAYYY! I came here to study for finals and it was quite lovely with the comfy atmosphere, comfy chairs, Christmas tunes, and a caramel macchiato, with extra caramel to make studying that much sweeter. I still have yet to see a real spark within the staff, however. They are definitely not rude people but I’m still waiting for that wow factor that I get from other Starbucks employees. That’s the only way i’ll raise my rating for a chain like Starbucks; they only differ in the service they provide.

I love this Starbucks, I could live here! Well in winter I actually do! Today I got not my usual, but tried the strawberry banana smoothie and my favorite guilty pleasure there, the sourcream glazed donuts. Wow I love those things and today was no exception ! The staff here has always been friendly and pleasant. They make you want to stay and hang out. This has got to be in my top three Starbucks I visit regularly, I should own some stock with all the money I drop in these places, but this one is my fav! Always packed so be patient. I hope to stop in again tomorrow.

This is by far the cleanest and most efficient Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. It’s always busy because of the popular location at La Centerra, but the employees here keep things on check. I’ve never had an issue with my order, nor received anything less than a genuine smile/​greeting from the baristas. They are truly committed to getting you your coffee fix in a timely manner.
Beware the hours between 2pm — 5pm during weekdays, where the onslaught of high schoolers come rolling in. They’re quite obnoxious (as kids can usually be), so that might be off-​putting to some other patrons.
