I have a few things to say when I first walked in I noticed many large flies and the table seem to be left unattended with trays and trash. When I finally revived my food it was extremely greasy and dripping and the burger was poorly made. I don’t think I’ll be back for quite some time

As far as fast food is concerned, Carl’s Jr. Kicks butt. I love their chicken tenders and criss cut fries rock. What doesn’t rock is when you order and tell them you have a coupon and get to the window and they tell you your combo is $ 9. Uhh what about my $ 5 coupon that I told you about?! Then they tell you the criss cut fries make it where you can’t use the coupon. Let me know when I’m ordering! Frustrating. Their prices are on the high side but what isn’t these days?

What can we say. For a fast food place, their turkey burgers are excellent! They serve gold peak tea, which is delicious and overall, a well kept clean facility. If you need a quick burger fix, the turkey burgers are delicious!

not a good place. both of our burgers were soggy, flat, smashed, overloaded with sauce and mayonnaise, fell apart, poorly put together and not worth $ 17.00. fries were good but the soda was flat… i will never recommend this place. you’re better off going to chick fil a, five guys, or smash burger up the street.

Tell them to move up and wait on the side in the drive thru!!! Wth why have everybody in line waiting for ten minutes or more?! I ordered one simple thing and I waited for 10 minutes just to get to the window. They are just letting the cars pile up… This is ridiculous … If someone’s order is taking or going to take awhile then have them move out of line !! And send an employee out to deliver their food

I always love the quality of their food and the kindness of their employees. This is another fast food joint so don’t expect much of dine in and being waited on. You go up to the counter and order then they bring it out to you. I love customer service like that! I order usually the natural burger the guac one and it’s always a generous serving of guac because most places like aburger skimp on it. It’s of high quality and can taste a difference in their patties versus other fast food joints. Seriously delicious. My husband always gets he Double Western which he loves. Double patties and double bacon. Yum! Their fries are my favorite part which are the crosscut fries and the sweet potato! I like the regular as well, but better than I’m loving it franchise. Kids meals are nice and simple my kids love it and we always get the stars meal. Chicken inside doesn’t look like the spongy crap usually seen else where. Overall good quality. Onto the stars, minus a star for price. I dislike the pricing structure, but wish there was like a previous Unilocaler there should be a value menu. Seems like a dream far away when that would ever be made. Other than yesterday I haven’t had any problems here. I ordered through the drive thru so that made it difficult. I ordered a double western which I am positive it’s number 4 on the menu and thy gave me a regular burger I think their star burger at that. I was already home when I opened and inspected it. I don’t live close and it was just disappointing. Just double check your bag before you drive out of the parking lot. I hate having to call or try to straighten things out. It should have just been right from the get go. Happy eating!

Meh. Mushy burgers that don’t hold a candle to whataburger, 5 guys, or jack in the box. Service is slow and employees careless. As a Texan you have better alternatives!

Just ok. The burgers taste like Burger King.

Breakfast at this chain is great… but the burgers are… eh. The new all natural patty burger, on the other hand is utterly disgusting. The patties tasted as if they’d been cooked, frozen and reheated in a microwave. I took a bite and had to spit it out. The burgers come, or are made, with waaaaaay too much mayo… or whatever the condiment mixture was… the veggies and bun are fresh, but drowned. Fries are good, fresh hot and not oversalted. Our order had a mistake; we had ordered and paid for double patties and got single. It was redone by them taking the burgers back and adding the extra patties. We got two free cookies as a consolation… btw. .skip the cookis… not worth the calories. So service, not bad. Food: order breakfast. Added: we got a small dry burger for our dog… a rare treat for her. She spurned it.

I love when I buy one get one free coupons in the mail for Carl’s Jr. since I love their burgers for a fast food place. Never a long wait when I’m here. They have TVs showing a football game when I was there today.

Best burger place. They’re not to pricey and the burgers are humongous. I’m very picky with my order but they always seem to getting right. They have gaming booths that children can play on while they eat which is really helpful when you’re trying to bribe a child to eat their food. Very clean. No flies buzzing around while you eat like Taco Bell or Wendy’s. I would come back every week if I could.

This is where I go a lot to get my hamburger fix, I know there are better places but I always seem to come here. The Big Carl is what I get, it is big, juicy and flavorful along with the sweet potato fries. I usually go through drive through and I haven’t had any problems so far such as the order not being right. On my last visit I got 6 burgers of varied types and they got it right. They are a welcome change of pace from 5 Guys or Freddy’s Steakburgers or even Smashburger. They are also open 24⁄7 in fdrive through!

THEFOODISGOOD! Great quality. Long lines causing me to be 5 min late for work, NOTGOOD! I will never come here again in the«Morning» on Sunday due to extremely slow lines. I love their food, but the timing is all bad due toe coming here at 8:30am and I did not get my food til 8:50am and I have to be at work @ 9:00. I highly recommend going inside next time. Management: you guys need to get your stuff together and hire more people for your weekend shift because that’s not right that that young teen girl had to be a Cook/Cashier all by herself. Not cool or professional at all.

So excited for us to finally get a Carl’s Jr. I couldn’t wait to try it. The day we chose to visit must have been national mayo day. I swear, all that the 4 of us ordered was drowning in mayo. I mean pouring out of your burger, running down your arm kinda mayo. We ordered the fried zucchini and it was soggy and over cooked. I wanted so much to love this place. But tbh for the prices they charge and quality, hell to the no.

If you’re coming to Carl’s, Jr., chances are you know what to expect. It’s a fast food burger chain. They are very proud of their charbroiled 100% Black Angus beef and fresh baked buns — it’s reflected in their prices which are a smidge high for a fast food chain. For $ 12, you can get two burgers and a medium order of fries. A combo would be closer to $ 20. I probably committed some sort of sin when I got home and used Whataburger Spicy Ketchup on my fries, but it was worth it. If you’ve been reading my reviews, you can tell I have an affinity for mixing condiments. I got the Western Bacon Six Dollar Thickburger and a Big Carl for my girlfriend. To get the Big Carl out of the way, she got sick. Whether it was the sauce(it WAS pink), the vegetables, or under-cooked beef I don’t know, but my Western Bacon tasted great. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger(I wanted the Super Bacon!) so maybe I lucked out by having them replace a salad with glorious, glorious onion rings and bbq sauce. The fries were great, tasted fresh, not too much salt. I like the wrapping around the burger to keep the drips from running everywhere and to make it easier to hold your burger without it falling apart. Additionally, the burgers actually look like they were put together with care(for the most part) and aren’t smashed and shoved together like other places. Service was a bit slow and there were two cars ahead of me. They do cook-to-order, though, and make a good amount of the food by hand. So, three stars for Carl’s Jr on the Katy Freeway. Put on your bright yellow smiley-face PJ pants and head for the drive-thru.

My family and I had the western burger, Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. My daughter enjoyed the burger… she liked that it had onion rings and bacon on it. I thought the chicken sandwich was delicious… the cheese and pepper blended well for a great tasting sandwich. My wife didn’t care too much for the chicken tenders… a little overcooked. The fries were good, close to McDonalds. Another fast food restaurant that messed-up my order! I wanted to try the Turkey Santa Fe, but settled with the chicken and will try the turkey next time. The food was good overall, but a little pricey. We will go back sometime on the future to try other items on the menu. Good menu variety.

This is perhaps the cleanest fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. The counters, tables, and floor were absolutely spotless. This location has only been open for a few months, but it’s certainly well-maintained. The food here is okay. It’s definitely on the pricier side for fast food, most of their combos seem to be in the $ 8 range. I’m not a huge fan charbroiled burgers, the taste was a little artificial to me. On the plus side, the patty is thick, the veggies are fresh, and there are some unconventional toppings offered. I tried the guacamole burger, and the guacamole was spicy and flavorful. The fries are definitely a winner here… I’m sure they aren’t fresh-cut, but they almost have that taste and texture. Food is served FAST. I think I sat down and barely had time to update my Facebook status before our meals were delivered. I am interested in their breakfast biscuits, but I don’t think I’d have the opportunity to try one anytime soon, since the closest Carl’s Jr. location is about 10 miles away from me. Whataburger is still my go-to fast food burger establishment.

Why is the price of everything at this place too much?!? I must admit, for fast food, the taste is actually 4 stars. Yet, when I factor in that the common item on their menu is the 6 dollar burger, I just can’t allow myself to come here often… so I am taking a star away! The guacamole bacon burger was quite tasty. They stated, on the box, that it is made of 100% Angus beef, and their definitely was a different taste than what you get at other fast food restaurants. Surprisingly, it tasted as if someone took the time to season the patty as well! Yet, for almost $ 9 for a medium combo… I am not really feeling going here too often unless they have coupons. Speaking of coupons, your best bet to get legitimate coupons from this establishment is to go on Facebook and«like» them their. That is where they have coupons and promotions. All in all, because I like trying new things, I will go here to try their shakes and all the other oddity items that your normal fast food burger chains are not offering, including the sweet potato fries. They can just not to expect to see me too often because of their lack of a value menu! The economy is too unstable for me to spend that much on fast food!

Let me first say that the map location is posted wrong in Unilocal. It’s actually at Westgreen and I-10. In any case, I love their«Six Dollar» Burgers. I had a light salad today for lunch just so I could have one of these for dinner when I saw they had opened nearby! These are not thin little patties like at most fast food joints, but thick, juicy, grilled goodness! Their variety reminds me of Red Robin(Guacamole burger, Teriyaki burger, etc), but not quite as expensive. Now, if you want those thin, cheap patties, they are there too. You can get just about any burger they have listed as a regular(cheap) or «six dollar» version. Their fries are better than Micky D’s — yes, you read that right! The issue this place has is their parking lot is designed extremely poorly. I know it has nothing to do with the food, but when you need someone in the parking lot helping people get out of it, then you should set some money aside for a dedicated drive-thru entrance so people aren’t blocked in during the busier hours.
