Delicious! So glad we found this truck on our trip to Kauai. Service was friendly and food was great. I recommend the dandelion kombucha and crêpe with fresh squeezed lemon and local honey. Yum!

Loved my no-tella banana crêpe with coconut ice-cream!!! I am not allergic to gluten or anything but was intrigued by the photos and the awesome Unilocal reviews. I went in with an open mind and absolutely loved the crêpe. Its not soft and chewy like the traditional crêpe, the crêpe here is crispy. The no tella along with bananas and the coconut ice cream works really well. This crêpe was like an island on a plate! Check their facebook page for daily updates and hours, they seem to be posting there regularly.

Was craving a crêpe on the drive back from Lihue to Hanalei and Gopals popped up on Unilocal.I got the lentils and goat cheese for savory and the mac nut, apple banana and honey crêpe for sweet. These were good portions but both were just OK. Was hoping for better especially given the high Unilocal rating.

I crave these incredible gluten free crepes… Made with mostly organic local ingredients they are incredibly delicious and healthy… and don’t miss the onsite made ice cream and kombucha from Potions

This review is helpful for those with celiac or gluten intolerance. Gopals is a 100% GF facility– doesn’t get much better than that for those of us suffering with a gluten allergy! The crepes are amazing– you will be craving your next one as soon as you finish the first. My favorite is the sun dried tomato basil crêpe. It’s also very affordable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Just had to come back this year to try another crêpe. Had the gingered lentil, carrot w/goat cheese. Big enough to share & delicious. Tried two of the kombuchas– the ginseng/ginger & the dandelion/burdock. Both were very good. I love this place! Just have to be sure to check her hours.

Loved the vegan kale crêpe. Their desserts are amazing too! This is a fabulous food truck to stop at for a healthy lunch!

Gopals is one of my favorite places to eat on the island. Most of the ingredients are local and fresh. I’ve tried pretty much every item on the menu but I have my favorites like the Apple Banana, chocolate and sugar crêpe. Yum! I Usually get a savory and sweet and split with a friend. The Ice cream and sorbets are delightful as well. Seriously the Tangerine Sorbet was out of this world.

This is a great place for dessert. My wife got the vegan banana and notella(macadamia nut butter) crêpe and wished she didn’t have her meal and on KY ate this for lunch. There are other food trucks here, but leave room!

Super not impressed… We ordered the macadamia nut butter, chocolate and honey crêpe as a dessert — what a disappointment! First of all, the gal forgot to make our treat, so with no line we waited over 10 minutes. The gal was nice enough when she realized her mistake but didn’t really seem that concerned. Once we got the crêpe, it seemed more like a super thin pancake than something with the spongy, soft texture you’d expect. The filling of macadamia nut butter was sort of a gritty texture(which may be the norm. I haven’t had much of this kind of nut butter but usually love Mac nuts) that wasn’t super appetizing. It had dark chocolate which we liked, and honey, but not enough. On the whole, this place is a pass. Not that great and too expensive.

Oh my gosh. By far the best food ever. I literally waited 15 minutes just to ask how she made the crepes… so amazing. All the combinations are so excellent I want to keep going back. I am gluten/dairy free and egg free so they were such a treat! Go try every flavor. Seriously. And the kombucha was pretty swell too:) If I brought a friend to the island with me this is the first place I would go

A little pricey but friendly service and good food. The ginger lemonade I loved! My favorite sweet one was the pineapple and goat cheese. Everything on the sweet and savory menus are vegetarian. There are some other food and coffee trucks parked here with great service and right on the beach bike path. Really a great little spot!

This place is amazing, really heathy! So pure and lovingly prepared. Got the tofu veggie, spicy and yummy! Crepes are also gluten free. Then we splurged and got the Banana Split made with her homemade coconut milk ice cream with macadamia nuts and chocolate syrup. Best vegan place in town of Kapaa! Only comment for improvement would be to fill that crêpe up a little bit more! Otherwise perfect!

We went there couple times on our visit thinking we would try the crepes but the truck was closed. We finally asked the nearby truck who said the owner was on vacation which totally sucked because we made 2 long trips to go there. Not sure when it’s opening so look for details before you go

Loved all the crepes I had there. We went three times in one week and I wish we had this place in Orange County. Great crepes!

The most delicious crepes/dosas ever! I say dosas because they had the consistency of one and I love dosas. I had one sweet crêpe(forgot the name, but it comes with banana, chocolate chips and agave) and one savory crêpe(kale avocado vegan) and both were out of this world! The owner is really nice, too! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Kauai.

Probably our favorite of the three food trucks we tried right next to each other. This place is completely vegetarian and caters to gluten-free and vegan friends. I know some people associate that with not so tasty food — tasty food is often unhealthy ;). But not here. Gopal’s Creperie is amazing. The menu is pretty big for food truck — offers both savory and sweet crepes. We tried the spicy buffalo tofu crêpe and it was amazing. I feel like you can’t go wrong with this place. Don’t judge the place by its cover — try it and you will not be disappointed :)

100% gluten-free! Plus, they have dairy free ice cream, in addition to the regular stuff. We had a crêpe with tart cherries and macadamia nuts a la mode with coconut ice cream. What a treat! We would have loved to go back during our visit to Kauai, but it didn’t work out with our itinerary. All of the savory crepes were vegetarian, which disappointed me.
