Quinn’s Laundry Room

Although, there are many machines not working, I still come here have been for 7 years. Great Customer Service from Reed, Megan and Meme. The ladies work their butts off here. Keeping it clean, cleaning the machines, always friendly even when they have to deal with customers who OVERLOAD the machines and try to WASH/​DRY for little time, or small washers try and put way too much in. They refund when it is warranted and appropriately. I will continue to use them, they also do a great job on the drop off service that I have used several times. I am a business owner and things happen, I will continue to support local businesses.

I’m going to find a different laundromat and that is so disappointing. I’ve used Quinn’s for years, it’s near my home, had lots of machines and I’m a firm believer in supporting my local small merchants. Unfortunately it’s gotten to the point that they have 15 of 34 washing machines out of order and an equal number of dryers (at least they’re consistent). The staff here is very nice and extremely helpful, but maintenance is really important and sorely neglected.

I recommend you go somewhere else. Half of the machine are out of order. They don’t clean the clothes good. Beware using this place.

I was extremely satisfied with this service. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. They were able to take care of my fluff & fold on the same day at a very reasonable price. I would go there again anyway!

ANYplace but here. the staff is nice enough, but i guess the owner doesn’t care at all or else he’d maintain the place. half of the machines are out of order, the ones that supposedly work barely do — and that’s been the case for the 8 months that i’ve been going there (the only reason i’ve *ever* subjected myself to this ridiculous place after my first experience is because it’s nearby). combine that with an awkward layout, and the place is pretty much crowded when there are 4 people in there. avoid.
UPDATE — 7÷19÷15: so today is a sunday — a very busy day for laundromats — and i counted 17 washers out of order and 19 dryers out of order. that’s more than half of the machines now, which is completely unacceptable.
just take this place out back and shoot it already.
