I’m waiting in line for a return. One person in front of me, 4 employees all around us. 1 employee working and 4 talking to each other doing nothing. Why am I waiting?

Super-de-duper friendly staff at this location. No matter what the issue, they find a solution — with a smile. :) I often order on line and return the«no go’s» at this location. They have items returned and credited in less than three minutes. I also like how organized their clearance sections are. Usually, you have to do a lot of picking to find the right size… but they make it easy.

I love old navy. Some things might be a little expensive. Love going there for flip flops!

I’m a big fan of Old Navy. I love being able to get«trendy» items for cheap. This location in Zona Rosa is also one of the best I’ve been to ever, actually. I feel like most Old Navys are usually very picked over, but here I can usually find what I am looking for and actually in my size. The only caveat to Old Navy, however, is that it is almost impossible to shop online for items. Old Navy ranges from great items that are quality(I have some sweaters that I’ve washed upwards of 20+ times) and totally ridiculous crap that is paper thin and gets destroys in the wash. The sizes also totally vary and I have tops in small and XL. Thankfully the return policy is seriously lenient when the tags are still on, so it isn’t a big deal to make a return from online to the store… but, it still saves a ton of hassle to just come in if you see something online that you want because it can be a total crap shoot what will come in the mail :)

Love Old Navy. This is the Zona Rosa location but it’s all the same, ya know. All of their clothing runs big. Naturally, I love that because they make me feel the size I should really be. I like that I can get items for my WHOLE family at one stop. I just went in during a winter coat sale with a 30% off customer appreciation coupon and left with a girls coat, scarf, and gloves, a boys fleece pullover &2 pairs fleece gloves, a toddler hat and mittens set, and pair of knock-off brown ‘converse’ style tennies all for 51 bucks. That ROCKS! The part I was equally excited about? I got an authentic shopping bag with handles that was made of heavy paper, not plastic. That is my favorite. :)

Here’s the deal with Old Navy — it’s a great place to get some wardrobe staples for cheap. Like, really cheap. As in, a couple of bucks for basic tank tops and camisoles. Since I’m a thrifty shopper, this is right up my alley. Most of the items at Old Navy are inexpensive but still decent quality. I like that they tend to add embellishments like lace, beads, or sequins to something that would otherwise be a basic tee. The only real issue I have with Old Navy in general is that their sizing is all over the place. Sometimes I’m a medium, sometimes I’m a small, etc. I don’t even bother with anything that’s an actual SIZE(ie: 6, 10, etc.), as who knows what I would need… and I hate trying on things in stores unless it’s absolutely necessary. So usually I just eye stuff up and hope for the best.(There doesn’t seem to be as big of an issue with discrepancy in the men’s sizes, though, as my husband has no trouble any time he picks something up in his usual size.) Anyway, the reason why this Old Navy is getting a review from me is for the customer service. Not only are returns/exchanges a breeze, but the other day I was looking for a specific dress in a specific size, and while this Old Navy didn’t have it, the salesperson did a quick search for me to let me know which area Old Navy’s did have the dress, and how many each store currently had in stock. That was awesome, as I was able to swing by another store and score my $ 30 dress in no time. The store is also always clean and well organized, so it’s definitely an A-OK kind of place.

My philosophy: if you’ve seen one Old Navy, you’ve seen them all. Their stores all seem the same to me, no matter which location I’m at. I have no complaints about with this store(okay…one minor thing, actually), but there’s nothing special about it either. It’s just another Old Navy. Pros: — Located in Zona Rosa, meaning it’s convenient and near plenty of other stores and restaurants, and parking isn’t too much of a hassle — Extremely clean and neat — Pretty good selection of clothes, at decent prices. This is my go-to place for colorful, bright tank tops! Cons: — Air conditioning is WAY too strong for my taste. I can practically feel an arctic breeze everywhere in the store, and I can’t stand to be in the store for more than 10 minutes.
