Subway

Would not let me use promo on app. They said I needed to print it out. Why have an app if I can’t use if? Why waste paper and time?

Probably the worst customer service ever! I get it, they hate their jobs but the least they can do is smile?! I’ve also noticed a lot of workers don’t wash their hands after dealing with money at the register :(not okay…

Why is it the real sandwich never looks like the picture? One thin layer of ham n lottsa veggies. I’m soooooo sad!!! i wanted a HAM sandwich!!! Dang it! See photo!

I must say, I’m impressed with the service I received today. The two young boys working today April 30^th at 5:45p.m. deserve to be acknowledged. They were very pleasant, quick, friendly and I do not have a single complaint. One of them accidentally put salt on my sandwich, and I don’t eat added salt, I actually don’t do well with salt and with no hesitation or complaint, they made a new sandwich. I can honestly say I have not had great service with Subway in so long, my visits are usually disappointing, but the quality of the food keep me coming back. For the first time in what seems like years, I’ve finally able to compliment a staff. I live near the kahaluu Subway location and have continuously had horrible experiences there and decided on my way home from work that I would try out a new location and I’m glad I did. I will definitely be returning here, even if I have to take the drive. Great job boys, keep up the good work. It’s so nice walking into a restaurant and not having the staff ignore u and make u feel like an inconvenience. I see hard working, respectable men in the future. Kudos!

Went in again to give Subway at Windward City Shopping Center another try. I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich. It had no flavor and a lot of fat. The workers were nice but the sandwich terrible!
A wasted $ 10.73!!! Should have gone to McDonald’s.

This is my go to subway when I need a quick lunch! Service is usually always friendly and fast.

I like Subway, so I will always come to this one, since it’s close by. I like that they offer spinach as one of the veggie options, some Subways do not always offer spinach. Every time I go, we have great service and they make a neat sandwich and they tend to give more than other Subway restaurants that I’ve been to. I’ve only ever had one bad experience there where the workers were having some kind of drama and were just talking to each other the whole time, not really paying attention to us customers.

Like all of the other Subways in America they offer sandwiches and whatnot. They just started accepting credit cards which is a plus. Other than that nothing really separates it from any other Subway restaurant.
