I am a massage therapist in Kona. I came to Lume while I was on Oahuand was sore from doing a lot of running. Her massage was wonderful and helped me a lot.

Best Thai massage since we got ruined for all other massages in Chiang Mai, Thailand. 90-​minute ‘combo’ massage was like getting two massages; deep-​tissue Thai massage followed up by an oily Swedish massage over the very same body parts. If it was possible to fall in love with someone’s elbows, thumbs and knees, this must be the way. Cannot be more in love with my wife for making this appointment. Now, forget everything I just said and DO NOT go here, I don’t want her to be booked up all the time…

This was absolutely an all around spectacular experience and «treatment»! Lume is a wonderful being full of light and strength. Her place is simple and calming. I have a neck pain that runs down my arm that she worked on and relieved quite a bit. I find her prices reasonable and it was the kind of «bodywork» I needed. I will be back… and not soon enough as far as I’m concerned! Thank you Lume for giving all you do!

Lume is exceptionally good at tailoring the technique to the client’s needs. She is the consummate professional who is the best masseuse I have had. She integrates Thai, shiatsu, and western massage into something better than each alone. She is strong and can work out tough areas even in me who is 6’4″. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I came to Thai Touch based on other Unilocal reviews and we were not at all disappointed. We each received individual care and attention during our 60 minute sessions. Her one hour massage is actually a true 60 – 70 minutes of massage time. We will be back to see her asap. She is a gem and at a great price!

I could hardly walk when I went in but after Luma worked on me for an hour I was walking and feeling great. Feet and legs didn’t hurt. She works on my circulation in my legs and feet.

I have been receiving massage for about 40 years.
I’ve experienced massage xross asia, Europe, U.S. & of course Hawaii.
I usually have massage once a week.
I’ve been receiving massages twice a week since I have begun with Lume in October 2013.
I’ve learned that some people have a healing touch, and some people do not. It is like art, there are some things you cannot teach.
Lume has consistently tuned into my body and she is not even aware that her fingers find they go to the area that needs attention.
She is both intuitive and instinctual in her approach, she is also tuned in. She listens on that deeper level.
Lume has taken her training seriously and the idea of being professional in all aspects of her work is a sincere desire which she brings into each massage.
At the same time, she has a great sense of humor, excellent positive energy, a sweet Thai heart and smile, and unlike so many other massage professionals she is flexible. So if I have a particular part of my body which I want her to focus on, Lume has no problem changing her routing.

Lume is constantly monitoring, tuning in with all of her sense and is fully alert during her massage to heal her clients. She takes her work seriously and she is a true treasure in Kailua, Hawaii that I am fortunate to have as part of my life.
