Cute little place. Nice ambiance… outdoor seating a plus! Dog friendly outside. Ordered the lemon basil pizza and brussel sprouts. Both had interesting flavors and were very good. Didn’t take advantage of it, but Thursdays are half off wine bottles… they didn’t look too expensive either. BUT the best part of our evening was our server. I think her name was Kelsey and she was AWESOME. Very attentive and had lots of good suggestions. Will definitely go again!!!

Great brunch. No wait. Killer food and drinks. Highly recommend the breakfast pizza and coffee IPA press and blonde bloody. This is a unique and modern spot with a pizza oven and da best breakfast lunch and dinner foods. They use local produce and products as Much as they can. Bring the friends and fam it’s worth it!

I dislike giving low stars but I hope this helps the company more than anything. I was a server &/or bartender for approx 10 years so I understand the work flow and hustle. First, I disliked the SMALL glasses of water. They’re like 4 ounces, maybe? Whoa. The food was pretty overpriced for the quality, in my eyes. Don’t get me wrong, the food was okay but not worth the price. The salads were WAY better than the pizza. The serviced SUCKED! It literally took an hour and a half for our pizza. And they brought us the wrong pizza once too… tease. My husband heard the conversation and saw the tickets that ours got«lost»… manager NEVER touched our table or came by. BAD news. A manager always touches each table, even if it is a simple, «hello and welcome». The A/C or vent whatever it was above our table was dripping on top of our table. What the? Also, the pizza chef was DRIPPING sweat as he was tossing pizzas. I get it, it’s hot, but at least have a towel and wipe your forehead. Being an RN now, scratch that, a human being– this disgusted me. OH! And the servers were carrying and dropping off drinks by holding the top of the glass… what the EW?! I got over my disgust and ate my pizza anyway cause I was so hungry from waiting so long… and like I said, the pizza was just OK. Seemed like they knew they forgot our order and rushed it in the brick oven cause it wasn’t cooked all the way. The server NEVER came back after she dropped our food to check so it’s not like we could have even said anything. I’m sure we are just the«every once in a while» you have these things happen kind of customers but I was most irritated by the manager. They never came by, their staff was unsanitary, and the A/C unit was leaking on our table.

The pizza was good, not amazing. The prices seemed high even for the area.

Good stuff! The margherita pizza is good. Pleasantly surprised Italian artisan pizza on an island.

Small unassuming place with great food. We went here on my sons request for his birthday dinner. Wow, the food was great, we all shared three specials and two of their pizzas. Very, very good. As good as any high end restaurant. We are fortunate to have them so close by in Kailua. We will definite become regulars in this great little place.

Had dinner there. Food was very good, but the portions were small and the price was high. The pizza we ordered came out burnt(the bottom was pretty much black).

We ate here last night and I have to say their pizza is amazing. We had the prosciutto pizza and it was great! Before that we had the grilled roman salad and the persimmon soup which was so yummy. The service is excellent and staff very friendly. We will be back.

Ok, so I’m feeling compelled to write this review about Primo Pizza because I have been to this restaurant 3 times in the same week! Really, that says something… especially since I’m a massive foodie and will travel to the farthest lengths to eat the best food. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu or their specials. I’ve had a good portion of their menu since I’ve been there 3 times this week and I have to say the first time I was there the opah belly was delicious! I then had the octopus… and the clams… kempachi crudo special and ALL were amazingly scrumptious! Now the pizza… aaaahhhh, such an art! First of all, the pizza oven is amazing. I love watching the pizza guys put the logs in the oven to keep it up to temp and watching them make the pizza. I’ve had the Fungi pizza… delicious white pizza with a ton of yummy mushrooms… the prosciutto with arugula pizza, with perfectly sliced thin prosciutto and fresh arugula… the meatball pizza, what can you say… it’s yummy meatball… and the 5 P’s pizza which has pepperoni pickeled pequilllo peppers and some thing else that I can’t remember but it was an enjoyable symphony in my mouth! I can’t say anything more amazing about this place but YOUHAVETODEFINATELYGO… more then once too! The wine store is next door, go there to buy your wine bc its BYOB at Primo! The people at the wine store are great too… and they have a great selection of sliced meat! I just saw a leg from the Iberian black hoofed pig in the case… OMG!!!
