Quang is the best! Ive been to a number of different places on island and you cant beat the price or quality of haircut here! Id give it more stars if i could!!! They dont rush you in and out like some places. They are very careful to give you a great haircut. Their hours are good too.

I drive up from Honolulu, every weekend to get my haircut here. This is one of the few places on island, that can fade hair, if you’re a African American male. All barbers are very good! I recommend this place to all. Its worth the trip up to Kailua.

Fastest quality haircuts at a very inexpensive price. I usually need a few weeks to «grow into» a haircut, but my cuts here have been great right out of the shop. Quick and friendly service!

My husband loves this place. This is his go to barber for whenever he needs his haircut. The employees are always so friendly and they do a fantastic job.

Next to Al Phillips The Cleaner. They use something like a flowbee so your hair gets vacuumed up. Very cool, literally. Men’s haircut was 12 bucks.

We came here because Mrs. Vy at The Regulation (
) wasn’t available one day when my husband was in serious need of a cut.
As i’ve noted before, he is half black and half white. Super picky about his hair and especially about his line up. After reading the reviews we decided to head over. The place was packed with active duty marines. The shop was a well oiled machine and was knocking out customers faster than I can review places on Unilocal!My husband after a little bit of waiting sat in Quang’s chair (since he was the only one who seemed to be cutting african american men) Quang was fast, but his technique was not what we were looking for. He lined my husbands hair with clippers and did not fade correctly. He also cut a new line instead of following the natural one my husband already had.
While this barber shop is cheap, fast and seems to be good for other hair types, it only gets a 2 star from us. We would rather pay just a little more for great quality, and precise lines a couple streets over at the regulation.

When we pulled up, it was empty. When we sat down the chairs were full and three guys waiting. Nice, friendly service. Cleaned up the kiddo’s mohawk nicely.

Great place to get a men’s haircut! The main barber, Quawn, does great military-​regulation haircuts. It’s $ 9.00 for military and $ 10.00 for civilians (cash or credit). Highly recommended!
