I am a longtime fan of this truck — I order the BBQ ‘balls usually but will branch out occasionally for specials that piqué my interest. LOVED my super awesome 4 ball combo today. The sweet and sour pork was a delightful flavor trip for my ‘tbuds(short for«tastebuds» — copyrighting it now) and as previously mentioned the BBQ never disappoints! Point in fact, the BBQ ‘balls is one of the few dishes I actively CRAVE in the plethora of lunch options centric to the Exchange PATH station. I am not a fan of extraneous walking in general, but I will do it for Incrediballs.

These are definitely incrediBALLS!!! My buddies and I try to head out to the truck at least once every week. Can’t beat a meal under $ 10 in JC that includes four meatballs that gives a fill every time. I seem to be drawn to the Southern and BBQ Pork… haven’t really ventured out of that comfort zone as of yet. Now that the truck is close to the waterfront, I don’t have to walk halfway to Pavonia-Newport to enjoy this well worth meal.

A-MAZ-ING. I’m a food lover and love to try new takes on a classic dish. Meatballs at this truck, dope. Their take on meatballs served in different styles is a really good & tasty meal. Me personally, I’ve had the Jamaican jerk & Southern smoked pork. Both are really good. If you see this truck, be sure to stop by for some great balls, no pun intended –IA

Not really a LOVER of meatballs, they normally would not be my first choice for food. However, I tried these bad boys at Pier 13 and can honestly say that these are legit… the best! The owner was incredibly nice, easy to talk to, and made great suggestions. He even gave my friend and I each a water bottle for free, so sweet! Any of the meatballs we got, we decided to try in the bowls for a mess-free experience and better taste of the food. We tried four different styles of meatballs. I’m going to continue using the phrase meatballs, because just saying«balls» makes me extremely uncomfortable and paints an equally uncomfortable picture in my head. We tried four different styles out of the eight. Swedish: My favorite ones! Four meatballs in the traditional brown sauce made of beef and pork. The sour cream dill sauce on top was to DIE for. I could have licked it off the plate. OK, fine, I DID lick it off the plate. I’m that type of human. Buffalo Chicken: Meatballs made of chicken with a nice, thick, coating of hot sauce and blue cheese drizzled on top. Definitely had a kick to it, but not TOO overwhelming. If you love Buffalo, these are perfection. Bahn Mi: Ugh. For some reason I thought these would just be a cool, Asian inspired take on the traditional meatball. These were the SPICIEST meal I’ve ever eaten. So spicy that I could not taste anything afterwards and my nose started running! I love spice, but these are so spicy that they’re not even enjoyable! Vegetarian: As the owner told us, «significantly underrated!» These were a close second to the Swedish ones, so different and unique, VERY flavorful and an awesome texture. The black bean and quinoa with the sauce gave an amazing flavor and the sushi rice added to that flavor while providing such a substantial texture. Amazing. PLEASE come to Brooklyn, Incrediballs!

incrediBALLS is pretty incredible, and kudos to their marketing team… what a fun name! I think my girlfriend and I picked this food truck from all the others just because the name made us laugh so much. My friend and I split a bowl, which is a sampling of 2 different balls. We asked for the best sellers, so the worker gave us the Italian and Buffalo Chicken Balls. The Italian was good but your typical Italian meatball and honestly, I am very prejudice about meatballs because my Nana makes the best, I probably should have asked for something else than the Italian, but oh well, shoula, woulda, coulda. HOWEVER, the Buffalo Chicken Balls was literally incrediBALLS. It was such a fun play on the typical meatball with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing to dip in. Such a cute food truck with a lot to offer. I cannot wait to try more!

Tasty meatballs in various styles. I had the pork and italian. They were cooked perfectly. The pork meatballs had a tasty BBQ sauce and Cole slaw. The Italian had a nice tomatoe sauce and parmasein cheese.

Went here yesterday while they were at Grundy Pier and got the Bahn Mi balls. The sandwich was awesome. The menu said«potato roll» for the sandwich and I was a bit worried at first. Once I looked at the sandwich though, it was not what I was expecting as a «potato roll». Not only were the balls amazing, the bread was great as well. I look forward to going to this truck again and trying the other sandwiches too.

I ate here one time and will not go back. I got some kind of pork meatball with coleslaw and sauce. It was horrible. It was a few small meatballs in a boat drown in a sauce that was so sweat it tasted as if they they poured it out of a can. I couldn’t even tell you if the meatballs were any good because I couldn’t get past the sweat sauce. As a professional cook I would assume that most everything is bought.

Got the chance to try their food during the Riverview Jazz Festival. It seems like they have added a few additional types of meatballs on their menu. We got the bowl which is 4 meatballs with a side of bread. You get to choose up to 2 different styles of meatballs per order. We tried 4 different kinds: bbq pork, Jamaican jerk chicken, Banh Mi and southern smothered pork. And I must say, they were all pretty spectacular. Maybe next time I would ask for an order of just bread so sop up all the delicious sauce. Each meatball was packed with flavor and melts in your mouth. All in all, they were pretty incrediBall.

The truck was down at Pier 13 and a girlfriend mentioned that the truck isnt usually there… so we tried it! Got the whole order and got to try the banh mi and the smothered pork. Our friend said the buffalo chicken was really good too! Very happy with these balls!

Had two types of meatballs. both were delicious. Price was a little much for small portion, but both packed a lot of flavor. I had this off the Hoboken pier 13 which was convienant.

I’ve had their balls a couple of times. Honestly, the first time I wasn’t too impressed, and had little intention of having them again. However, tonight I felt like giving them another shot and boy am I happy I did! The owner was soooooo nice! I went to order the bowl(4 balls, no bread), and asked for two banh mi balls and two vegetarian. He told me that the vegetarian is served cold and insisted I sample it first before deciding.(I guess he’s had issues about it in the past.) He immediately turned around and prepared a sample, which I expected to be a bite on a spoon, but was pretty much a whole vegetarian ball with garnish and all! I was very pleasantly surprised by this courtesy because most places aren’t concerned about individual tastes or ensuring customer satisfaction by giving away samples. It really showed me how much he cares for his customers, and the integrity of his product and business. The vegetarian was DELICIOUS! After tasting it, I went with that and banh mi. Also very tasty! And even tho I didn’t get the sandwich, I still got a small piece of bread to go along w my balls. And the portions are very good because I actually had a little leftovers for later. Def a great deal for $ 6.50! I don’t know what happened that first time, but there will definitely be a fourth, fifth, and sixth time around in my near future!

I’ve had a good sampling of their balls and sauces but hands down my favorite is the jerk chicken balls — spicy and sweet. My daughter also liked the plain chicken meatballs(she’s 2). I usually order the bowl of 4 balls which comes with a piece of bread. It’s a perfect size for lunch. Always happy to see this truck!

I like their enthusiasm! I like their truck! I like the fact that you can mix up the balls. I never have an exceptional experience on my visits(often, my balls are cold). I have a feeling this truck is around more for the experience, to enhance the neighborhood. And there is nothing wrong with that. A solid experience.

First trip to this truck. I ordered a whole but had it ½ Banh Mi and ½ Jerk. The bread was just sturdy enough to hold up to the drippy wet demands of the sauce. The meatballs(pork and chicken) were delicious as were their sauces they had the right flavor for each variety. My only complaint(and thus the four starts) are the toppings. The Banh Mi had carrot and jalapeño on it… thats it; no cilantro, no squiggle of sriracha or cucumber(banh mi staples). The Jerk had a few pieces of cabbage and two banana chips… not sure what could be done different but based on pictures(that have been posted) there is typically more to the sandwich. Very Tasty; I’ll be back!

I stopped by when they were parked at Pier 13 in Hoboken. SODELICIOUS! It’s almost impossible to find a carb-free option at Pier 13 food trucks. IncrediBALLS not only has the right food at the right price, but it tastes absolutely delicious. I got a bowl order of half swedish, half buffalo chicken. Not only were both tasty and juicy, I love how they OFFERED me the half and half to try 2 flavors, even though I didn’t know about it. The service was fast, friendly, and only $ 6.50 for the bowl order. I hope they park in Hoboken more often!

Best balls! Seriously, you need to go try their balls! They’re absolutely yummy! I caught up with the owner at a park festival last summer and he was absolutely great! I wish them the best of luck. Follow them on Facebook to check out where they will be located. This is probably one of my favorite food trucks out there!

This is by far the best food truck in Jersey City. In an area that is devoid of eating options. This truck is a sight for sore eyes. Everyone is super friendly, which just adds to the experience. The meatball specials is what definitely makes me come back. Love having OPTIONS! Banh Mi meatball is by far my favorite meatball from this truck!

Oh man, after reading all these reviews I’m almost afraid to tender my 3-star review, which I’m not going to lie, is kind of a stretch coming off my first trip to this truck. I blame myself in part for this. I should have known better than to order something unusual on my maiden voyage into IncrediballLand. When you first come upon a meatball truck, you order a standard issue Italian meatball sub, and then you work outward from there. Not me. Noooo. Not sure why I did what I did, but I ordered the buffalo chicken meatball sandwich, dredged in what else? Buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing. Little greyish/white-colored balls tucked into soft, spongy bread from Balthazar Bakery. The verdict: mehBALLS. Actually, the meatballs themselves were OK. But I could have done without the bread, which completely dominated over what I found to be such proportionately small balls for the size of the sandwich. After discarding the bread though, I was left wondering whether my leftover small balls were actually worth the $ 7.50 or so that I paid for them. Before discarding the bread, I also found the sandwich to be next to impossible to eat, with buffalo sauce and blue cheese oozing out of every corner, trying at all costs to drip onto my shirt and pants with every nibble. This is not a sandwich I’ll be ordering again. In fact, I probably won’t be ordering any sandwiches from here again. Next time(and there will certainly be a next time) I’ll simply go with the naked balls, or whatever they’re called when you order them sans the loaf. With this order you can actually mix and match different kinds. I am impressed to hear that they come up with one or two special meatball options every day to accompany what is an otherwise very limited menu. I forget what they were peddling as specials when I visited recently, but I recall them sounding good. Yet another reason why I blame myself for falling into the buffalo sauce and blue cheese trap. Anyway, 3 stars it is. I’ll be back for sure, and this time I will try and order better.

Keep an eye out for this orange food truck! They are going to be popping up a lot more in a two block radius around the Grove Street PATH. I was very excited when I just learned that! The guys are so friendly and their creations are delicious! My favorite is the polpette which I just devoured a few minutes ago. My game plan was picking up a bagel sandwich for a late breakfast, but seeing the glorious orange food truck changed my mind very quickly! They have their staples as well as specials! Alex had the green chile chicken meatballs with pico de gallo. He finished before I did so I’m going to assume it was delicious!
