Clean restrooms! From a travelers point of view, this is all that matters when talking about a truck stop.
But I should also mention that the breakfast tacos were actually pretty dang Good and the Kolaches were Excellent!!! They are made fresh in-​house unlike other places that leave them sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how many hours. So if you’re not into fast food such as Burger King or McDonald’s which are both next-​door, come check out that Kolaches and tacos!
Plus the staff and the taco ladies were very friendly.

Coon-​skin hats, machetes, rhinestone belts, cowboy hats and magic rocks! What more could you ask for in a travel store located conveniently off of I35?!
I normally get gas before I head out of Austin, but this time I waited till I got outside of town and found myself stopping at Sonterra Travel Center for gas and a restroom break. The bathrooms were clean — can’t ask for much more there! After we took care of business we browsed around the store for a bit and noticed all the cool items we may have needed. When don’t you need a new coon-​skin hat? I was surprised at the selection of items at this store. It was big but not as giant as another local gas station chain. They had plenty of selection on drinks and snacks! The customer service was friendly as we approached the register to check out and joked about the bin of magic rocks. My fiancé being a Magic the Gathering Player was very tempted by this bin of rocks!
Anyway if you need a clean restroom and a place to walk around for a bit this is a good little spot just outside the city of Austin!

It’s like a BUC EE’s wanna-​be but they really stink. The service is slow and I waited 15 minutes to check out once because they were «changing shifts». I am not even over estimating on that time chart!!! I literally had to wait for 15 minutes in a line at a gas station! If I had known it would take that long then I would not have tried to wait it out in the first place but oh well. Just to let everyone know, please don’t go here if you are needing a quick beverage or a snack. Just fuel up and leave unless you’re desperate!
