N Y Fried Chicken

By far the best chicken spot in town. Always perfectly seasoned and fresh. Fries are good too. Their hot sauce is the bomb!!! I put so many of my friends on to NY Fried Chicken. They never disappoint.

Came here to kill time before a flight and I’m so glad I did. Absolutely delicious. Chicken was hot, fresh and crispy. The seasoning is perfect. Also had a side of mash with gravy, so good!

This isn’t a regular crown fried chicken.
This place is MUCH better! I LOVE the seasoning they use and you just gotta love a place thats open till 5am, especially when you work at JFK. I’d eat this chicken 10 000 times before eating KFC.
I’ve never had a problem with the food I’ve ordered here so I’d definitely return!

Good, moist chicken and great service. I go here every so often because they have a drive thru, food is good and so is the service. They have other things on their menu however, but I’ve only had the chicken, fries and rolls (why mess with a good thing). During peak time the manager will sometimes come out the back door and take your order (looks crazy but is VERY convenient). It lost a star because they don’t accept credit cards.

woW just wow this place has been here since 1983. This is really a gem this ain’t no crown fried chicken or popeyes. This is an actual chicken spot whoever made the recipe really put a lot of thought in the chicken. It’s very moist and juicy still and the seasoning the breading is just incredible they have to open another location in brooklyn or Manhattan!!! I always am very happy when I come here after because it’s just amazing This is quality chicken and it’s halal. cASh only !!!

I love NY Fried Chicken… The chicken is juicy and a flavorful… A tad salty though. I’ve had their fries, nothing special to talk about. But I love their chicken… They only expect cash btw

The chicken was moist and the skin was crispy, but it gets 2 stars off because it’s cash only and… We ordered the 20 piece deal, however unless 2 guys were able to consume 15 pieces between the two within 10 minutes, I did not receive the # of pieces ordered. They ate at a normal pace and I saved 5 pieces for the following night.
Regardless, the chicken is definitely better than KFC and even Popeyes which I’m not really a fan of. Also the hot sauce is really good.

08/​10/​2014 — It’s been two weeks since I’ve been here. I cannot stop thinking about the fried chicken. If you like fried chicken, are in the mood for chicken, are close by. Go.
This place is tiny, has plenty of parking and also has a drive through. Dinning room has maybe a dozen small tables, fast food style lighting inside. You’re not going to bring a first date here.
The food: the chicken is fried to perfection with a combo of spices and flavors that beat the colonel any day of the week. The meat was moist, tender and the brine they use was just the right kind of salty. The skin had a subtle heat the was enjoyable and not overpowering at all.
The prices were reasonable but honestly with the large platters of chicken behind the counter, I really wasn’t looking at the menu board.
Sides are available but I only tried the fries. Those were nothing special and a bit of a let down compared to the chicken.
Also, they are super close to JFK
4 stars because they are cash only, only have fountain soda, and didn’t put any napkins when I got my take out order.

Popeyes has got nothing on them. Hands down the best fried chicken spot In Jamaica. Don’t live in the area anymore, but Everytime I drive down to JFK I make sure to stop by. Moist and crispy chicken, at dirt cheap prices. Service is excellent, the same manager has been working their for over twenty years and she’s always so friendly. Don’t forgot to ask for the hot sauce, Idk what they put into it, but it’s goes great with the chicken.

Inexpensive combos & mediocre chicken. It was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Should’ve been a bit more flavorful. The potato salad was horrible. It tasted like pure salt with stringy carrots in it. Not something I would order again. The Nestea Ice Tea was actually Sweet Tea. It was good but not what I ordered. I ordered the two piece combo with Onion Rings. The chicken as mentioned before was mediocre at best. The Onion Rings weren’t crunchy. They were soft as if they were microwaved. Uhh YUCK!
The cashiers were nice but didn’t use their common sense when it came to certain things. Why in the world would you have your hand out for me to pay & you never told me the price? Am I suppose to assume & round off to the nearest dollar? I received my food but not the drink I paid for. How does that work out? I need to wash the chicken down with something, right?
This place seems to be a «hood favorite» but I much rather go somewhere that has juicier chicken. The breast was drier than the Sahara Desert. Forgive Them Father For They Have Sinned!!!

I remember catering fried chicken from them for this party/​gathering I was having. Their chicken is so juicy and tender! They season their chicken really well. Only place that I trust to give me my fix of fried chicken. Their fries are good too! Try it with their hot sauce! You won’t be sorry. Very sweet people who work here, customer service is good. They also have a drive through if you hate standing and waiting. Fast service! Always a plus.

This is my absolute favorite chicken spot. Hubs and I go here all the time. Love love LOVE their chicken. Wings special is my jam — 4 wings and 2 bread/​roll squares for $ 5 and change. Fries are good, not overly salty or grease soaked. This would be my last meal on Earth before I died. I would eat here every night if I wasn’t afraid my heart would stop beating one day. Also they clean their chicken fairly well. I have no idea what’s in the seasoning, but I almost don’t want to know. I will just continue eating it in my fried chicken nirvana.
Service is pretty awesome too. When the drive through line is crazy, the manager comes out with your order. To your car. No driving up to the window. That’s boss. Plus we’re there so often they know us. :)

Love their chicken it’s so juicey and moist and the macaroni salad is delicous

I like ny fried chicken… they breast and their wings are so good… they very season the fries are good too.
