I went to this Sally’s & its very small more so than the others. & don’t have a lot of items unlike the others I’ve been too in Jax area. & when I asked 1 older employee questions, she literally couldn’t help me with ANYTHING I was looking for. It’s like she knew nothing about hair. But the lady at the desk was very nice, funny, & friendly. Got more help from her than the other.

I went to this Sally with a friend to get nail polish remover that would remove gel nail polish. When my friend told the associate what we needed, she initially pointed us to the section. I didn’t appreciate that. We spent several long minutes looking through the products. My friend selected one and when she brought it to the register, the associate pointed out that we did not have the correct product for what we indicated we wanted to do, which was to remove the gel polish. She then verbally directed us to another product. My friend again grabbed the wrong thing. At this point, she came from behind the counter to help us. It turned out that the product we needed wasn’t even in the location that she initially directed us. I really feel like more guidance and assistance would have been better than pointing and saying get _​_​_​_​_​. I hope that the service here improves.
