We went in to buy a sound at for our flatscreen tv in the living room. Need one for the bedroom TV also. The Salesman was very nice and helpful. I also looked at oven range. The man in that department was very helpful also. Thanks HHGregg! I will be back. They do not sell phones anymore.

My boyfriend and I moved into our own place so we definitely needed to really get a new TV, living room set and a dining room set.
We were greeted by the sales associate as we walked in, and were approached by another associate who asked if we needed assistance. We assured him that we were still making decisions.
We sat on couches. We watched tv. We sat at tables. Ugh. The decisions!
So finally, we worked with an associate who helped us decide on the tv we needed, a Samsung with 720p since we wouldn’t be gaming much, HD capable and beautiful. We chose a lovely brown couch set and a high-​top dining room set with 6 chairs and a middle leaf to make it bigger for company.
We applied for credit and was approved and was able to bring everything home. The application process was simple and quick and the associate helped is understand everything about it. It helped us So much, and he was a gem to work with.
They delivered and even put our table and chairs together for a decent fee and we also got insurance on our items.
Our overall experience, although overwhelming, was a great first shopping experience as a couple and the associates and management made it easy for us to go home with all our needs met.
We will definitely go back for our washer and dryer combo when we are ready for our next big purchase because we know we will be taken care of and go home satisfied and knowledgeable of our products.

Came in and bought a dryer and washer from them. The salesman, Jerry, was good and a very nice guy.
We decided to cancel our order for the products the next day and it took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to the store to get our money credited back. Why couldn’t they just reverse the charge like a normal retailer?
They would not credit it back to the card and said they were mailing a check from Corporate. Then they said they actually were crediting it back to the Visa card. This happened over the course of a week.
The Store Manager would not get back to me so I had to take the matter to one of their Vice Presidents in Indianapolis.
Needless to say, everything got resolved. However, I would never go to HH Gregg again and won’t recommend anyone to go there for anything. Stick with a local store or a more reputable chain, like Best Buy.
