Sucks! That’s really what I have to say! The one at the Town Center have much more friendly people! The assistant manager there has no clue what she is doing, I think her name is Suasn or Susana, she’s needs more training and need to have more control over her employees! Hey Susan (a) the customers alway right! Specially if it’s showing that you have the item in the system! Stop being LAZY and go look for the item people want to purchase… kirland, you are losing money big time, if she did it to me, she has done it to other customers. I live 5 – 7 minutes from your store and I had to waste gas to go to town center to purchase what I wanted. I even told them what happened and they told me that the San Jose store had 9 items, they just couldn’t understand why they didn’t want to look for it! They even gave me a 5% discount because I was so frustrated! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I absolutely love this Kirklands! It’s always fully stocked with incredible deals and wonderful décor. The staff is so friendly here and I can never get enough of this place.

We were looking for a floor lamp and this place is in the same shopping plaza with Whole Foods Market, so we decided to check it out. We opened the door, and this excellent cinnamon/​strawberry/​I don’t know what smell hit our noses. It was DIVINE!!! We looked around, they carry some really beautiful knickknacks and things of that sort. After a little while, the wife found the light she was looking for! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I believe my wife like the place enough to warrant future visits.
